I'd like a version that was occasionally broken up by fighting. Have it be soothing rain, then a bunch of scavs yelling and guns going off, some death screams, and back to just rain and thunder for a while.
How about a generator / power station ambience? The low hum of electric power would probably be relaxing. Same thing with the noise of loud gas generators in the game (specifically in the hideout)
