9:16 Romania shifting their divisions to man the whole frontline is the sole reason why i always fully capitulate Bulgaria and make them a puppet. Having an army of bulgarian "volunteers" manning the Romanian front really saves a lot of headache :)

A good strat to do as Serbia in Kaiserreich is to let the Macedonians win (it will cost you some stability) but they'll get annexed into Bulgaria and then you can start a war with Bulgaria immediately and annex Macedonia and Bulgaria without any of IRMO debuffs
