I can not even imagine what you have to go thru to get to your point of fitness. 43 years ago when I was a teenager, Bruce Lee was my ideal and I had Karate training for a vew years. I trained hard and was really good and fast with my legs and feet . High kicks was my special. But when I see you, I know what it means to get that good. But now with the age if 60 I can only admire your effort. Thank you to let me see this.

I am immensely impressed by this lady. I have always been a big fan of Bruce Lee and still am. But this lady has incredible speed and skill. She should be in Hollywood movies.

She doesn't look like she holds back at all with her 'helpers' when they attack her. They're really grimacing in pain afterwards! Her technique is incredible!
Looks incredible because she barely holds back while the demo guys make sure she was comfortable the whole time. Those techniques work against casuals.
Luke O lmao let a man really let his fists go on her, we’ll see how incredible her technique is. It’s all bullshit. I studied martial arts for years, none of it works, nor have I ever seen it work for anyone. Against a stationary target it all looks impressive, but when the target is constantly moving around and is actually hitting back - very fast and very hard - everything goes to shit.
@@michaelangel25 i disagree with you. May be you never been in a real fight before. Kids use to fight. But as an adult we dont to fight so much. I use martial art in some fight. It really does work. I even use wwf techniques like ddt, the rock bottom and clothes line (i fight two guys using wwf techniques). Won the fight. 😁.

Trained wing chun since 97 and also other arts before that.
I like how its "Unscripted" and not pre determined attacks much Like in wing chun.
Some of the same type's of internal energy's can be seen in this video ( fa- Jing ) as in wing chun creating phenomenal speed and power from short distances and demonstrated by Bruce Lee to.
What I would really love to try is combining both wing chun and this art in the video.
It would be a truly devastating combination.

i love this video. i am not in to this type of defence but it looks like so much fun. you seem like a great instructor. i will con't to watch your videos. As a past trainer i always believe in having fun while training it makes it so much more fun and the students will pay more attention in what they learn . just one more thing i had to laugh when you kicked the on guy there was a younger boy in the background, His reaction to you kick and the look of his body language just made me crack up .
