This is in Creative, so it's not really like this.
To create a true god sword, it's recommended you try and get several level 30 enchants to get the high level Fire Aspect, Looting, Sharpness, Unbreaking, etc.
Now, this method COULD work but the amount of EXP needed will make it inefficient for EXP usage.
So, let's say you want Sharpness 5, Fire Aspect 2, Looting 3, Unbreaking 3, Sweeping Edge 3, and Mending.
If you only have low level enchants, make the Level 1 Enchants into Level 2 firsts. This is where FA maxes out. First Anvil usage.
Upgrade those Level 2 enchants into Level 3. Second Anvil usage.
Upgrade those Level 3 enchants into Level 4. Combine the Looting 3 and Fire Aspect 2, and the Sweeping Edge 3 and Unbreaking 3. Third Anvil usage.
Upgrade the Level 4 enchants into Level 5. Apply Mending to the super book as well. You can apply it before the enchants at this level by the way. Fourth Anvil usage.
And then put it all on your sword. Assuming all the enchants are books, the sixth anvil usage will be applying it to your weapons.
