India is only country in the world where minorities have more rights than non minorities hindus. Hindus follow uniform civil code but india also (only country in world) honours muslim's personal law such as more than one marriage, talak..etc. they also have reservation in jobs and college admission etc which is not fair to non minorities. In my opinion, India should have uniform civil code such as USA and Europe and no reservation for anyone. It should be based on 100% merit.

This card is has come into force , I guess, after 2006 and a POI needs to register to get an OCI card. This gentleman in question seems to hold POI card. Either case, he can not be called “ Indian Citizen” But all POIs orOCI card holders are our loving brothers and sisters. 🙏
