Oh my god Jane, does that seagull come in your garden regularly?I absolutely love seagulls, they are beautiful and cute, I'm so glad your looking after it❤I hope your feeling better soon
That's Homer - he comes for feeding about every half an hour if he could get away with it! We've been looking after him for about 18 years! There are two babies somewhere which is why he's ravenous
This is what happened to me. I ended up at a chiropractor. He said my pelvis had moved after a fall but because I hadn’t realised for three years and the physio straight after the accident hadn’t picked it up, it had a tendency after the initial chiropractor appointment to pop out when bending and lifting because it had got used to the “out” position. When I go a walk or need to do anything strenuous I wear a back brace but lower to keep my pelvis in position. Occasionally it pops out still but at least I know I have brilliant chiropractor to fix me back. I would recommend if we lived closer but we live near the Trafford Centre! Xx
I've always tended to have low back pain but funnily enough my back hasn't hurt so much, it's all in my leg. Glad I went when I did, fingers crossed I can get it on the run. And yes, I have the back brace too!! Good luck with yours x
Hi Jane thank you for another great video as always I had a trapped nerve i was 2 months on traction so i know how your feeling its so painful your garden is lovely so nice of you to help the seagull have a lovely day xx
@visitfyldecoast Hi Jane no they don't do traction now unfortunately it works wonders I get the odd twinch but all in all much better thank you I hope that you will soon feel better have a lovely day xx
Sorry to hear about your pains Jayne. We are regular visitors to Cleveleys and appreciate all that you and your group of friends do. The pots on the main street were looking lovely this week you're doing a sterling job...thank you! Hope you're feeling much better soon x
Has Kev got that “ Wet Gazette ready “ joking apart, Jane. I hope you’re feeling better soon, severe back pain is no joke only back sufferers no what your going through. Take Care.
Hi Jane a trapped nerve can cause a lot of pain! I used to have it happen in my back and I would be bent over double, ouch! I hope eases soon... You have a nice garden, good mix of foliage. The seagull seems to enjoy the surroundings... Until the next one, please give my best wishes to the teaboys
Aww bless you, back pain and nerve pain is not good, i take it you have seen a hands on physio, as nhs dont seem to supply hands on ! I go to a private one, who helps me so much. So now you have a plan in place, i hope it helps, and you get some benefit ❤
Neuropathy is very painful jane. And I remember speaking to you last yr. I got several fractures and my healing is walking. You will just have to revaluate how you approach your gardening. Safety first xx
I would give you a whole bunch of likes if I could Jane and so would Kris. I have referred nerve pain to my hips referred from my back problem. I find that an 18" square electrically heated blanket [from Argos] helps ... three heat intensities. Just a tip that might be useful. I also find that cushions placed imaginatively help too for sitting down. xx
Oh yes I've got one of those! And the ice packs from Amazon. In fact we've got practically a full inventory of disabled appliances, for one reason or another!
Hi jane l have pain in my hip goes stiff when l have been sitting for a while affects my leg too l take ibuprofen and paracetamol hope you feel better soon it is annoying to say the least
Hip bursitis can feel like a bad leg. If it keeps hurting after everything you said then I would go see a Doctor who understands this condition. I am not saying that this is what you have but you really need to rule this out. All the best and I hope you feel better soon.
Take care with the painkillers. They can get quite addictive, Jane

Physiotherapist recommends amputation below the navel as a sure fire fix for back pain...
