LOCATION: Industrial Blvd & Marsat Ct
AREA/CITY: Chula Vista
DETAILS:
A fire started in a homeless encampment next to the MTS Trolley tracks. A 60 ft Palm tree then caught fire. Palm tree fires are difficult to put out, and firefighters dumped water on it for approximately 40 minutes. No one was found at the scene.
When the MTS and the police don't remove the trespassers.
Another one 😳 I saw the one from yesterday after I left my moms place.
Imagine the potential wildfires started by the increasing amount of bums and encampments this summer during Santa Ana winds. Scary thought eh?
SO SAD TO SEE A ONCE BEAUTIFUL CITY TURN INTO A DUMP........................................
Very sad!
This makes you appreciate Detroit Diesel engines that are in fire engines.
🫡😎
Palms look so scary when they are burned. There’s some burned ones in Lemon Grove down from the trolley station and by Alvarado Hospital. Near trolley lines, it’s crazy.
firebugs homeless
This is fire #3 since yesterday!
The Sunbreak Ranch guys start to sound less insane as the days pass by
No, it's still insane bc it's going to hit YOUR taxes. AND it doesn't stop the origin of the problem which is the culture in San Diego that embrace drug use.
They'd be better off continuing to stop drug traffickers at and around the border considering you can't have homeless addicted to drugs if there are no drugs to be addicted to.
A "homeless rehabilitation" center, like all their others, have an abysmally small success rate. And this is from someone who's seen some of their own relatives struggle with substance abuse who have tried rehabilitation for years.
@@rbgarcia08 Asylums and labour camps are not an "either-or" exchange with stopping cartel activity in SD. We can have our homeless labour camp and have military operations against drug dealers. I'm not arguing for Gloria-style rehabilitation.
@@gobbleguk re-read the comment. how much do you think the setup along with operation costs will be over the years including the factor of "inflation". along with legal fees that and the likely legal proceedings of the occasional weirdo that gets hired and either SA's or assaults some1 going thru rehab.
@@rbgarcia08 We're already getting the shit taxed out of us. I don't think the legal troubles of "muh taxes" should dissuade us from sequestering the homeless problem in a specified area.
@@gobbleguk you really can't think more than 1 layer deep.
wtf do you think happens when the principle of the matter is avoided and instead has a paradoxical system built that never addresses nor has the intent of fixing the root problem?
a hint: many modern day problems you should already be aware of are the way they are because of your method of irrationality
