@@Adam7180 You are replying a comment from about a year ago, and I still think the same, Tekken 7 is not a Tekken game. And I'm smelling that Tekken 8 will be the same shit without good movement. Last true Tekken was TTT2.
Armor King was great as a whiff punisher, unfortunately he had horrible combos to the point the one thing you did after hitting Dark Upper was always tagging in to King or whatever partner you had. His combo synergy with King was decent enough, which was a bless since his own combo abilities were mediocre at best. CH db+3, WS+4, d+2 for example the d+2 here just barely hits by a smidge, a pixel of a hitbox. If you were to be even a slight bit off axis this combo is doomed to whiff. His wall combo abilities were horrid because d+2,4,3 doesn't exist in this game and his other strings whiff AND his only menacing ground throw is db+2+4 and that one always gets broken by good players. He still suffers from not having good hitboxes in his moves, a good df+1 and d+1,N+4 but unremarkable df+2 (other than as a bound, and even that was generally outshined by d+2) mediocre hopkick, and even his standard 1,2 was among the WORST (and still is in T7 it seems) 1,2's in Tekken due to how the 2nd hit misses half the time (sure, you can still use 2,1 most of the time, but not after a sidestep). His command grabs, while excellent by the rest of the character standards, were still "not as good as King's" standard (unlike his brother in T1/T2/Tag 1 who had command throws identical to King's, Armor King II's throws are always a step behind King's equivalents, except for df+2+3 maybe). This includes his f,f,f+2+4 airthrow which doesn't even give terrifying oki as King's does. This is why I rated TTT2 AK as slightly behind TTT2 King in tiers in spite of his superior whiff punishment and better poking.
T7 King f+2,1 and d+3 no original :(, T5-T6 poke pressure f+2,2,1/2 very cool and d3 no good, but basically, more f+2,d+1,2 it is Marduk move T6. King is not bad, but i really hate with 2 key move is Armor King on King move list in T7.
