When is Arai going to make a self tinting visor available? Only reason I haven't bought an Arai yet Keep waiting but seems like it's never going to happen
@E_Honda if I had to guess, Arai wasn't able to make a deal to their liking with the Transitions brand, or Transitions [the brand] probably have some exclusionary agreement with Shoei.
@E_Honda I received the aftermarket transitions/photochromstic lens; don't do it. It's trash. The fitment is shit and the air vents, as well as the pin guide rattle. It even states on the shield that there's no guarantee that it won't shatter in an accident. 100% returning it.
@@ayowser01 Yeah I wouldn't expect it to be great, just with Arai would make one, need a new helmet soon and would like to stay with Arai but they don't make it easy

I agree. I decided to pull the trigger on one of the Chinese aftermarket ones. I'll update as to whether it's any good.
@@ayowser01 But is there a reason they don't bring out? I mean at this stage it almost seems deliberate

My rear spoiler is stuck on the high position what do I do ?
How strong is the adhesive? Feel like it'd give out after a while
i know it is valid for model v but it is valid for gp🙏
Is it necessary to clean a brand new helmet before installing the spoiler?
It is best practice, just in case there is anything on the shell
@@AraiHelmetAmericas is it possible to remove the spoiler if at some point I wanted to put a different color spoiler on?
@@thismanuelhung Yes, the spoiler is held to the shell of the helmet with clear double-sided tape.
@@AraiHelmetAmericas just using a heat gun?
@@thismanuelhung No heat guns, they are too hot and can melt things. Just a blow dryer on low heat.
Hopefuly sometime in clear :)
The DF-X2 is now available in clear on our website araiamericas.com in the parts and accessories section.
I wish I had a Corsair x helmet 😔
Is that spoiler in the box? Or shall I buy separately?
It needs to be purchased seperatly
What is the weight of spoiler?
It is about 10 grams
Doe it fit the Corsair V??
Ken, it will not fit on the Corsair-V as the diffuser placement is different. The DF-X2 only works for the Corsair-X
@@AraiHelmetAmericas is there a version available that will fit the V model?
@@kennyvloggins5358 I am sorry but there is not a DF-X2 for the Corsair-V
My name is Arai
So how do you open the rear vents? I got an arai rx7v
The vents are still optional, it is just a bit more of a stretch to get your finger inside.
Chopsticks
WHY YOU BOTHERING SHOWING THIS COS WE HAVE NONE IN UK. I've just bought my RX7V and want the spoiler as soon as possible

Did you see the channel name? Arai"AMERICAS".
@@AraiHelmetAmericas I'm not angry because I now have one, ordered from Japan.
Does it fit with arai ram4?
Does it fit on a Rx7 gp ?
