Just received my bike and started the install…manual not included and the 5mm nut/bolt to attach the front bender also not in my box. The big issue for me, however, was trying to figure out why the stem does not align straight with the stem…that is, when the handlebar is straight, the clamp is about 45° from being straight. It makes the bike unbalanced.
Did you figure out what the problem was/is? Just got mine and I'm in the same boat... no matter how tight the Allen head boy is, the handlebars still move without moving the tires. It's like they forgot to spline the part that the handlebar stem goes into. Pretty frustrating to say the least.
Rotors came bent, rear rack was bent, frame gouged up, the stem install was a massive pain as there isnt any way to keep it aligned with front tire. These install videos assume everything is perfect. Rear tire and front tire is out of whack.
I had the same issue, scratches all over my bike and customer service has been a nightmare. I like the design of the bike, but shipping took a long time and the product was damaged. Still waiting on a $30 credit they said they’d send me. They haven’t even gotten that right. Plus they sent me a gift offer for leaving a 4+ star review and removed my 2 star review from the website. Not a trustworthy company

The battery key never shipped with my bike. What can I do?

No explanations, my stem tightens but my wheels don’t turn

Is this a joke? Front wheel assembly doesn't even show all the included hardware.

I understand completely the installation process is intermediate level.
