About Married with Children:
The less-than-lovable Bundys are a radical departure from the saccharine-sweet TV families popular since the days of Father Knows Best. With offbeat humor and unflinching honesty, Married... paints a more realistic picture of middle-class existence, warts and all. Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) is a shoe salesman who is fond of frequently reliving his doubtful 15 seconds of fame on the football field. Al is terrified of the all-too-frequent amorous advances of his ditsy wife Peggy (Katey Sagal), who spends most of Al's wages at the salon and the mall. They have two teenage kids: stunning but superficial party animal Kelly (Christina Applegate) and egocentric Bud (David Faustino). Married for 16 semi-blissful years, Peggy and Al have found that the secret to a happy marriage is to accept one another's idiosyncrasies.

💂🏻♀️👃🏻👞
To this day this show is this one of the best 👌
I love this three-parter, not even London is ready for the Bundys!!!!
Especially with Al's feet.
You mean his shoes.
Not even Bean was that cruel to the guard.
There will never be another sitcom like MWC
I agree,100%.
Because it would be cancelled for a few years if it was coming out today's TV demographic.
Facts!
Sadly...
💯💯💯
This was an honour to see the best comedy show in the u.s . Coming to London. and showing the English people. How hilarious MWC is. Bud in his own room, being haunted. Al breaking the man's neck in the museum. 3 part episode. Another 3 part episode was ,breaking upis easy to do. I have the whole collection of this phenomenal comedy I was 22 years old when MWC aired in (1987). It's my favourite sitcom of all sitcoms IMO!!! Woooooooa Bundy 💙💯😀🐐.
❤ I would of been 2 years old
Amazing how Peggy & Kelly’s hair was all frizzed up from the humidity and wind, yet they still looked absolutely divine.
🇺🇸❤️🇬🇧
Another vintage Al Bundy speech 😂😭
1:38
Also all the men agreed with him in solidarity
The eye brows on that one guy are hilarious and horrendous 🤣
England Show had 1 thru pt. 3 series one of the best Married with Children episodes ever!
God, I miss this type of humor! Man! They don’t make ‘em like they use to.
That's why we have Hulu.
Those were the daze!
Best sitcom ever ❤️ greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭
That's one of my favorite episodes
Wow! Christina and Katey are looking very beautiful and gorgeous! 😍😍😍😍❤❤❤❤
The best episode of MWC. I love the part when he broke the guys next in the museum.
I like how everyone united when Al brought up the French.
Do people still hate the french?
Great 3-part ep. At least the Bundys wasn't trapped at the roundabout like the Griswolds!
Reminds one of the Griswalds
Hey kids there's big ben parliament hey kids there's big ben parliament hey kids there's big ben parliament the classic European vacation I like when Chevy chase bumps into Eric idle that's was the best part to one of the Monty python series from BBC TV
Same happened to the Simpsons!
Classic scene
That was my least favourite film of the ones starring Chevy Chase.
I don't think I've ever seen London so empty 😅
One of the greatest episodes ever.
Ah, Lower Uncton. That and when the Darcys play Bad Americans were my favorite parts.
This three parter had everything 😂
1:38 A good speech that Al Bundy gave us.
HATING THE FRENCH YES WE DO
😁👍
How they congratulate his Foot for knocking the Guard out LMAO
It was a shoe, not his foot.
@@sha11235 1:14
a classic I will always remember and thx for posting
London calling 🇬🇧... The Bundys 🇺🇲! 😺👍
Greetings from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮.
@Ari Kinnunen Miten Suomeksi voisi sanoa naimisissa lasten kanssa?/ How could you call "Married with Children" in Finnish?
'... am I alone here hating the French ?' ' NOOOOOO!!!!'
"Don't push it, Jefferson, you're not that good in bed"
"Oh come on... We both know I am."
@@RemyWillard 😂
Really really loved that episode ❤❤❤
That one guy can quail hunt in his eyebrows.
"I gotta go soon because my wife is looking at me" 😂
3:00 the Michael Caine bit 😂
The guard even fainted at attention like they’re supposed
3:45 I bet with a quote like that I bet the poor chicken deep down inside misses Steve
In real life, people have gotten knocked on their asses getting that close to the guards, and for touching them. Come within a few feet of them, you get a loud verbal warning. If that doesn't work, you get dropped.
I wonder how many husbands and wives from Los Angeles did that to the Royal Guards.
@@luislaplume8261 There's actually countless videos here on YT of dumb tourists from all over attempting to do stuff just that. It never ends well for the dumb tourist. They usually limp away with bruises if they don't get themselves arrested.
Or a bayonet a foot from the face
Public opinion was a bit more important in 90's Europe.
This episode is pretty good really needed to be a 6 part episode
*6 PARTS?!* How could you sustain the drama? Especially in the ADHD era of today? Still great memories though.
It's enough that that the show had 2 three-parter episodes I think.
@@Angyaliwhat was the other 3-parter?
@@xWingzTV In the last season, where Al and Peggy separated and almost divorced.
I love that TV show
I miss this show
It's on Hulu
that was one of the best episodes.
*I remember these episodes they were the final time shown on ITV in the United Kingdom...then no more* 😐
"I'm stupid too!" 😂
I remember this part only so well. Lol. They were weird fun
If only I could be the neighbors with the bundies 👍❤️😂😆😆😆
Same, I hate the neighbors in my area. Love to be neighbors with the bundys, at least they have a pretty daughter and wife. And Al Bundy who moans about the neighbors. And Grandmaster B!. MWC is the 🐐 of all sitcoms IMO...
Peg looks fantastic here.
It would have been nice if they crossed paths with the family from Married for life.
A multiverse opening 😅
Woah Bundy!
It can only happen to the Bundys! Go Bundy!
That was hilarious!!
Jolly good post 🇬🇧
I Say!!!
The British - The only ones who admired Al.
The Bundys are menaces to society 😂.
My favorite episode
Al Bundy, the greatest football player of all time.
“The Bundys swing like the pendulum do”
Jolly Good, Jolly Good, I Say!!!
I guess London was *not* calling?!?
There was a British remake of MwC called 'Married...for Life'.
1:42 we need these again.
Oh how London has changed😡
Everybodt hates the French 🤣
Hating the French? you're talking to the British here, Al!
2:33 Can you blame the poor guy, he's married to a redhead too.
So funny 😂😅😆
meagan markles' dad worked on this show
I loved Al calling that guy all the Cigarette Brand names, lol.
There is a man at work named Winston and I purposely call him every cigarette brand but his name.
I was reported to HR eventually.

I always thought mwc had an English comedy sitcom vibe about it. From the production to the physical gags..Just a little bit
This Season 6 three-part finale had its moments, but TBH, this is where MWC started to show its age. That Lower Uncton/Upper Uncton plotline overall was the s**ts 💩...
It was a good time to give the show a proper finale, given a few tweaks. The Bundy curse had some proto Souls vibes IMO
Give them credit! A 3-part episode series takes guts.
@@edwardgaines6561I do, but I also attribute the 3-part stunt because they moved the MWC production across the pond and needed to justify the expense to Fox. For a weekly 30 minute sitcom, 1 or 2 episodes in London would have been too short and 4 would have been too long...
Yeah, I thought some of the resolution could be better, like having the whole family help Al during the joust.
Al Bundy for president 2024
Al Bundy would have more Intelligence than Donald Trump...
Shamus McBundy
❤
If they wanted to make him laugh, Al should’ve simply told one of his, “a fat women came into the shoe store today.”
England is a commonwealth country there just like Australia and England recently just had the commonwealth games in Birmingham and the Australian's dominant the commonwealth games ladder 178 medals in total 2 more than England 176 medals in total
😁😁😁😁
Kelly was so fresh faced here. She aged badly after the 90's.
💂🏻💂🏻♀️
Is this from Billy Bennets ww1 series where FranCE and England only fought in 1856Crimea(leaving the Czar to be Nuetral in all conflictsand make the Grand Duke of Alaska heir appairant to the throne)and Britain to make Canadas prime minister-next Minister of Colonies.and FrenchMexico(including CEntral America(and share cuba with thecSSA and Britain to team with the Usa
👍👍
3:56 mark. Remind you of anyone these days.
Jaaaaaa 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Killed the Fish- Gotta go
Americans hating the French even though they always help the yanks.
💂
The Bundy's should of went to Hull
Back when London used to have Brits in them. 😂😂😂
Does anyone from the CIS know which episode from "Happy Together" will adapt this episode?
Nobody should not even messing around with the royal guards in England altogether there because it's the biggest no no altogether there anyway
Why ?
Who is on here hating the French to
We should all be hating on the tyrannical Governments instead.
AMERICA NOT TYRANNICAL GOVT IF IT WAS THEN WHY DOES EVERYONE WANT TO COME HERE@@Kat.Evangeline14
What the bundys and London don't mix
Except no, because although I’m a year late, it SHOULD be worth noting that Al Bundy’s ancestor (Seamus McBundy) was raised in Great Britain before his children & their children’s children sailed to the US. Seamus decided it was a good idea to make fun of a fat but malevolent witch, who cursed him & his line for all eternity, resulting in Lower Uncton to be swallowed by darkness.
It's not a smile!
good until the very last few seconds.... gotta keep up that rude rep ! cheers ...
It was funny everything but Marcy there's always nothing liked about her.
Married with Children is my favorite show of all time BUT when The Bundy's left for London, I must admit... I couldn't stand it. There's something about taking a fish out of their water. For me, it just didn't work.
It could have worked but a lot of the jokes were weak. Wasted opportunity.
@@TallSilentGuy That's what I felt. Especially when it got to the third part.
And also it's kind of weird to introduce witchcraft and sorcery to the Bundy Universe.
It was great. You just didn't get it.
not to complain but the "England show" episodes were my least favorite of all 11 seasons
Not my least favorite (the Seven episodes are), but I groaned whenever the London episodes re-aired in syndication...
Sounds like a complaint. Sorry your sense of humour left you.
@@hashprompt that's a reach, but thanks for your condolences
And to think after that wasted chance on the England episodes, the show fully turned into "Rodeo Clowns catching flying farm animals" IMO
@@raghost15 at least they stayed home.
How can the Bundy's can afford a trip to England altogether when they are always always don't even have any money all the times there
the trip was paid by people who lived in darkness because of a Bundy curse, they needed to kill the Bundy"s within their town.
You have to watch the episodes to get why that happened.
They cant afford food at home.
Average
I was suprised...very suprised!....i did not even laugh once!...was boring...this time it just didn't seem to work?!
