Is it just me, or does President Reagan seemed somewhat subdued here?

President Reagan appointed me United States Diplomat at age 55 back in I believe it was 1986 and to have Safe Passage until the age of 55 to get life experience I'm going on 58, I'm in love with my title of United States Diplomat because I piss people off with Ronald Reagan granting me Immunity and Amnesty as a United States Diplomat so remember my name is United States Diplomat Larry Kuchenmeister.
