Tornados happen a lot in my area in the US. They happen all the time during tornado season and they pop up and disappear so quick. Most of the time they happen in the middle of nowhere, basically because this area of the country is so rural, statistically they don't they don't hit things much, but I've seen several towns around me get completely destroyed.
R.I.P. Bill Paxton and Phillip Seymour-Hoffman. Great movie! You should watch actual footage of tornados and hear witness accounts. They are a terrifying part of life all over the world but more deadly here in the US.
My house was hit by a tornado at around 2 AM and it was genuinely one of the most frightening weather events I've ever experienced. It was in its early stages of forming so winds were only about 80 mph. Tree limbs and some windows were broken, but the house was for the most part intact. Scary stuff
@@danieldoesdumbstuff Was that the one last year and was an EF4? I'm fascinated by tornadoes and I remember watching some pretty horrifying footage of that tornado especially since it was at night and you couldn't see it except for brief moments when lightning illuminated it. I'm sorry to hear about your house. At least you were able to survive it if you were in the damage path at the time.
Drive In - Movie theaters outdoors. You walk in to see movies at theaters Drive In where you take families or better yet , your date . Speakers on poles that you hang on your window . I live close to tornado Alley (southwest missouri) and most homes never get hit by tornadoes. Compared to the vast amount of land out here, a tornado affects a very small area. I've never lived in a house with a basement. Sure it's a good idea to have one, but you'll probably be ok and never need one. The closest I've been is friends who lived about a half mile from my parent's house got hit. The house roof extented out over a back outside porch. The roof over the porch got riped off. They had a basement and ran down there just as it hit, but the house itself wasn't damaged so they would of been fine if they had stayed upstair. They said however it was terrifying as they just heard all this wood spliting apart. Soon after they reached the bottom of the stairs it was over.
I have seen and been in many tornadoes in my life. Where I live in the US is called Tornado Alley. I've been very near and running from an F5, and have lost many possessions, but thankfully no lives that I knew. Most of us have basements or shelters nearby, but a lot of us like to just go outside and watch.
Solution is to build reinforced concrete escape room in each house, but due to traditional construction values, its rather ignored and same paper homes are rebuilt every year just to be leveled again and again...
If your headsets aren't surround sound you should listen to it once in surround. You can hear the wind blowing all around you and it really gives goose bumps and makes your hair stand on end.
Bill was in an American Western history themed movie called Tombstone. I recommend a reaction to that one. It would be fun to see you guys react to some Western genre movies.
MUST watch The Wizard of OZ, now. You will understand the Dorothy reference. WICKED is a popular movie out in the US right now. It is a prequel to the Wizard of Oz.
In America there is a Social Security Tax discount for married people. If you stay married when you receive the benefits it is also less. Many divorce and stay together for the higher payout of Social Security's single person payout amount. That makes the divorce rate not entirely accurate!
yall should watch the new one that just came out as well called twisters its amazing! love yall videos keep up the good work much love from california usa
Dorothy is the main character from the original tornado movie, "The Wizard of Oz", a very famous movie.

In all the times I've seen this movie I haven't had as much fun as I have had with you two. ❤

Fun fact. This movie stared the late Bill Paxton. The only person in movie history to be k I’ll ed by a: Terminator, Alien and Predator.
Great reactions!
I love watching you’re reactions to films you both show how immersed in the stories you are and show how much we all have in common 💕💕

They might enjoy watching footage of people being reunited and rescued in the aftermath of tornadoes
The worst thing about this movie is the fact these are real.
