Marie-Rose I Molenbeek

Gülcan et son action de proximité dans le secteur associatif féminin à Schaerbeek; Marie-Rose(1) et son implication dans le Quartier Maritime à Molenbeek; Rodrigo et son regard d'architecte sur la ville qu'il voit d'en haut à Saint-Josse; Ziambi et le travail social qu'il réalise avec enthousiasme à Anderlecht... Quatre belles rencontres aux quatre coins de Bruxelles, quatre tranches de vie bruxelloises, quatre personnalités attachantes... pour ces quatre «Visages des quartiers».
Au gré des réunions organisées dans le cadre du travail participatif qu'elle mène depuis plusieurs années avec les habitants du territoire du canal, les quartiers centraux de Bruxelles, l'équipe de l'Agence de Développement Territorial (ADT) pour la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale a croisé Gülcan, Marie-Rose, Rodrigo et Ziambi... Elle a été touchée par leurs regards sur leurs quartiers, loin des clichés et des préjugés qui leurs sont souvent accolés, comme par leur implication dans leurs quartiers. Et elle a eu envie de les faire partager aux visiteurs du site Bru+ (www.bruplus.iri...)
Ces quatre «Visages des quartiers» sont une invitation à (re)découvrir cette partie du territoire régional, à travers le regard de ses propres habitants.

Gülcan met haar vrouwenwerking in het lokale verenigingsleven van Schaarbeek; Marie-Rose(1) met haar inzet voor de Maritiemwijk in Molenbeek; Rodrigo met zijn architectenblik op de stad die hij van bovenaf bekijkt in Sint-Joost; Ziambi met zijn maatschappelijk werk dat hij enthousiast verricht in Anderlecht... Vier boeiende ontmoetingen op vier plaatsen in Brussel, vier inkijkjes in het Brusselse leven, vier pakkende personen ... voor deze vier 'Portretten uit de wijken'.
Het team van het Agentschap voor Territoriale Ontwikkeling (ATO) voor het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest voert al vele jaren een inspraaktraject met de bewoners van de centrale wijken. Tijdens die bijeenkomsten maakten de medewerkers kennis met Gülcan, Marie-Rose, Rodrigo en Ziambi. Ze werden getroffen door hun kijk op de buurt, die ver verwijderd is van de clichés en vooroordelen waarmee ze vaak te kampen hebben. Daarom wilden ze deze vier mooie mensen graag voorstellen aan de bezoekers van Bru+ (www.bruplus.iri....
Deze vier 'Portretten uit de wijken' zijn een uitnodiging om dit deel van het gewestelijk grondgebied te (her)ontdekken door de ogen van zijn eigen bewoners.

Gülcan and her community work in the women's voluntary sector in Schaerbeek; Marie-Rose(1) and her involvement in the Quartier Maritime in Molenbeek; Rodrigo and his architect's perspective on the city that he looks out over in Saint-Josse; Ziambi and the social work in which he enthusiastically engages in Anderlecht... In the course of meetings held in connection with the participatory work in which it has engaged over the last few years with the people of the central districts, the team from the Urban Development Agency (ADT-ATO) for the Brussels-Capital Region came into contact with Gülcan, Marie-Rose, Rodrigo and Ziambi... It was struck by their views of their local areas, which are far removed from the clichés and prejudices to which these areas are often subject. It wanted to enable these viewpoints to be shared with visitors to Bru+ (www.bruplus.iri....
These four 'Visages des quartiers' are an invitation to (re)discover this part of the region's territory through the eyes of its own inhabitants.
