I'm just making so much from your channel! :-) I've never made sunny side up before. I'll have to scramble my husband's though he doesn't like runny yolks.
If you don't have a cooling rack, you can prepare the bacon in a frying pan, too. If you don't like runny eggs, just cook them until the egg yolk is set :) It will still taste great!
Reem Osama Hmm, I'm not sure what you can replace the avocado, maybe some sort of yogurt sauce... For the bacon, you can replace that with any other type of sausage or roast meat :)

A safer way is to place the avocado on a flat surface and hold your 'free hand' on top then cut around the avocado while twisting your free hand. One movement, just as quick and much safer!!
