If, a Mulsim didn't understand them, they will be among those Muslims, who despite being a Muslim murdered the progeny of the holy prophet(S), and then interpreted hadeeses and Islam for their political gain. When you would say Ya Ali or Ya Rasulallah or anything to that effect we should never forget that it's only in the hands of Allah (swt) that we can get help. At the same time Allah (swt) uses his loved ones to speak with and guide us so why not us the same loved ones to reach Allah (swt)? The muslims (shia and sunni) both only worship Allah (swt) and no one other. Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s.) is in the eyes of many muslims and nonmuslims the best sahaba of the holy prophet Mohammad (saw).

Whoever is saying abu baker is the greatest and shit like that are wrong. Ali is the lion of Allah. He was the first male to accept Islam after Mohammed, he wrote the first Quran, he washed the dead body of Mohammed while abu baker and umar where at the conference picking the new rightful leader and umar wouldn't let Mohammed write his late words about Ali when he was dying. Nope that's the sunnah of Rasullah (saws). Everytime he needed something from his followers he would say Ya Ali. We all know Imam Ali (as) is just a human but by saying Ya Ali, we are following Sunnah fo Prophet (saws) Ya Allah, ya Muhammad, Ya Ali!

@Hassanlilak That is the problem . In Islam there should be no mediqter between you and Allah. You directly ask for Allah. Ali r.a is not responsible for your duas. He cannot answer you in any way because shiism is invented. And no. The best Sahaba is AbuBakr. Study AbuBakr r.a. You shias deny the good-ness of The first 3 caliphas. But we Sunnis accept Ali r.a as one of the best of this Ummah. Who makes sense?

Aisha fought Ali and Ali was with Haq. Plus cuz of Aisha 20K muslims died in the battle of Jamal.
