please be informed that there is no auto mechanism to change the tapping during the starting of the motor. the tap setting has to be decided before the starting of motor depending on torque requirement as torque is directly proportional to the voltage. only auto functions are the contactors with timer relays.
We got trouble with motor used this starting method. Instrumentation test fuction but dont loto all vcb, and motor auto run without lubrication system in 25 minutes.
