For the subtitle and muted Doug idea, you could play keep talking and nobody explodes in custom games so the timer is extended. Then have doug only looking at the game and twitch chat while twitch chat tries to tell Doug what to do based on what Doug tells us through subtitles
I also thought of something similar, like Doug for example seeing some part of a game (like the UI or smth), while chat tries to control a game

The problem is that chat cant see the bomb, it dont seem like a good stream game unfortunately
idk if keep talking and nobody explodes is a good streaming game cause either you watch a black box with doug on it or you have chat control the bomb and they can just look up the manual
