My friend talked with school board about getting products in the bathrooms and they turned it down saying that they would all be used and stolen. Bruh if they are “stolen” it’s for a reason, and they need to be free. The ones that cost a quarter ain’t even stocked ever
I was in 8th grade math class and I aske to use the bathroom and my teacher did say yes so that was nice. But when I got up I took my little bag with my pads with me and one of my male classmates said out loud “why are you bringing your phone”. Socially awkward me just said “I’m not..” but now I wish I took out a pad and said “does this look like a phone??” 🤣
The trick to avoid this is sneak the pad or tampon before you ask them. For better measure just wait a minute or so before if your paranoid like me lmao
I saw a similar story once My classmate asked to go too the bathroom and our male teacher was very nice and said yes, and then he heard a wrapper and he said “oh if you have candy you can eat it in here but you have share” SHE STUFFED A TAMPON IN HIS FACE SAYING “DO YOU WANNA SHARE THIS?” 😂😂😂

My school is rly strict and absolutely messed up. Last year they somewhat allowed us to go to the restroom but they didn’t always say yes. Now my school restricted everyone to go to the bathroom. Some teachers still allow us sometimes Bc at least some understand but we’re still not allowed to go to the bathroom. Also during breaks between classes, the toilets are completely full and sometimes you have to wait so long, you can’t even go to the bathroom. Usually when a girl says « it’s an emergency » most of my teachers still say no but maybe like 3 out of like 12 teachers say ok go but hurry up. There’s this one Spanish teacher though who has all my respect because at the beginning of the year, when he was explaining the school rules to the students (including that new don’t go to the bathroom rule), he said that in case of emergencies we can always go because he understands since he has a wife. Respect honestly The ironic thing is that my school (aka the older students) set up a thing where you can take pads and tampons in 2-3 different sizes, but the school forbid bathroom trips

Hey Sharon!! I have a first period horror story for you. It was the Thursday night before winter break and I woke up in the middle of the night with what I thought was a stomach ache. It got worse, and when I realized where the main part of the pain was coming from, I figured out it was cramps. I couldn't sleep, so I started watching Just Sharon for a little bit until I could go back to sleep. I texted my friends about it in the morning and they said that my period should be coming soon and they would help me whenever I needed it if I got my period at school. It ended up never coming during school, but a week later during winter break I noticed some brown liquid in my underwear, but it wasn't that much and didn't do anything about it. The next morning I woke up in a puddle of blood on my bed and she was HEAVY!!! Also, because I don't wear tampons, I couldn't go in my friend's hot tub when I went over to her house to hang out since I had a pad on. I kept bleeding through to my sheets the rest of my period. Lots of underwear got thrown away because my mom couldn't get the stains out. Ik this is a long story, but that is what happened on my first period. Starting this past summer I named NY period Karen because she decides to come at the worst times to where I couldn't go in the pool anytime we went whether it was at my aunt's house or the community pool
the heavy days are the absolute worst. it was normal for me to have to wash underwear at least 2 times a day for about 2-3 days of my period. (the stains usually came out with cold water) i would also usually have to wash a pair of pants at least once because it leaked through so bad. i remember one time j just absolutely broke down crying because i had bled through my underwear, pants, and sheets and felt like i was a gross person and felt bad because my mom had to do more laundry. however, my mom recently bought me some period underwear and it was a lifesaver on my last period. only had to wash that underwear 1 or 2 times my whole period, and i never had to wash any pants. i’d recommend getting some period underwear if your periods are heavy. it has helped me so much and i don’t feel so helpless when i’m on my period now!
@@dorkabuzai4630 well I didn't try that. My mom used hydrogen peroxide, let it sit for a few minutes, and then washed my underwear and sheets. For some reason it came out of the sheets, but not the underwear. But it was like a crime scene every morning💀

I think the BEST this about my school is that it’s an all girls school and when we’re talking ab menstruation, no one is embarrassed. No one laughs. No one looks awkward. Everyone knows its natural so i dont think ill be scared at allto just straight up say: ‘i’m on my period.’
Luckyyy I'm only 11 so like I keep catching kids in my class whispering about like oh this girl got her period yesterday, or oh this girl bled through in math class and stuff like that, so like sometimes I want to like go up to my best friend and be like Have you gotten ur period yet or smthing like that but I just can't cuz I feel like she might think I'm like getting too nosy or something like that

here’s my story: i started my first period freshman year of high school. DURING state testing. so i felt that i was in a bit of pain and i went to the bathroom and saw the blood. our school is stocked with pads in the bathroom so i slapped one on and went back to testing. i ended up doing very badly in the test. next day, first class i was bleeding very heavily and you can’t use the bathroom in that class or it affects your grade. that was “fun”

the first day of school in choir my male teacher was showing us around the room in the supply closet he had a package of pads and tampons in it and i have felt so comfortable and appreciated in that class since i love the fact that he did that
I was lucky to have a mom who told me about periods when I was around 7-8, and then I ended up getting it in 3rd grade. My stomach hurt all day, I was dizzy and saw bright lights a lot. When I finally realized when I went to the bathroom I decided to keep quiet (I couldn’t ask for a pad as it was 3rd grade), and sat through the short rest of the school day bleeding. I cannot imagine how many places I left blood in. I had a wide group of friends back then but I was wearing dark blue shorts meaning nobody saw. When I told my mom at home she explained how to use a pad and said that I am a woman now. Not the worst period experience. (I was at horse camp and had my period for half the time while riding twice a day. Also leaked at night and told nobody- and couldn’t swim at the beach.)
One nice thing about my school is that, if you go into a certain one of the bathroom stalls there is a little bag with pads in which can be very helpful if you have an “emergency”. Love you Sharon ❤
Hi Sharon! first period story, my district made it to states in football but the day before the game i didnt feel great. my mom said i could stay home the next day if i felt bad, i did. my dad stayed home with me but i went to the bathroom and saw brownish stuff in my underwear, luckily i knew exactly what it was and got my stash of pads my mom kept for me. i didn't tell my dad and instead spent the day crying for my mom to get home. i was 11
I have the sweetest teacher ever!!! I got my first period and i was in my favourite teachers class and I told her I got it and she was running around looking for pads, food, heat packs and water. It was so cute she got me so many pads and lots of good foods and I got to skip class and it was really fun. My friend and I both got it together so we just got to talk for 80 min.
My period horror story: I get really bad cramps to the point where they often make me vomit. I was in school and knew I was going to be sick. I asked my teacher to use the bathroom he said yes. The hall monitor said I needed my id card to go pee, I had to dizzily go back to class and get my id. Then I am vomitting to the point of shaking and groaning and the hall monitor knocks on the stall door and says to hurry up, I was taking too long
My horror story is awful. We were on a bus for a field trip and I felt cramps(I was wearing a pair of white jeans that I wore about 3 other times) I was a little scared but didn’t think anything of it. Well the person next to me was screaming, “what is that smell?” And I stood up and saw it. We were about 15 minutes away from the park and when I got up, I saw a pool of blood and it was dripping of the seat😭😭
Hi Sharon, This is my first period story I am 12 and was at school in music class and I just went to the bathroom normally and then I saw I had just gotten my first period and I freaked out and started swearing. I had no pads with me so I had to go about my day with a heap of toilet paper down there. It was definitely not the best way to get your first period 😂.
My period horror story was from VBS! I was a table leader and I was wearing a pad. We were doing a obstacle course that was squirting out water. That kids there also were allowed to soak the leaders.Than the things that grow in the pad started to come out of my underwear and the kids thought they were orbez.
One time I asked to go to the bathroom and my male teacher let me go but when I got to the bathroom I realized I started my period. I walked back in class, got a pad, and asked to go back to the bathroom. He kept asking why? And questioning me. All the girls knew and started backing me up. He accused me for being on my phone because he thought that I had left it in the bathroom. I got up and said “ No, I just started my period”. I walked out and slammed the door.
My most recent was on a school trip back in the beginning of November.. it was a band trip, to another state, was 8+ hrs, there were bathrooms in the back of the bus, (like the buses you use when traveling not a school bus) but, we weren’t allowed to use them unless it was an emergency. And we did stop every 3 hrs at a gas station. But, not even 2 hrs in, I frickin bled through my pants.. and a girl in the back of the bus texted me (I stood up to get school work bc they had cubbies above, like on a plane) and she said I bled through.. very embarrassing, but a girl had an extra pair of pants, and her luggage was close to the front of the bus. So yay!
Not necessarily a period story but kinda is at the same time but, I just got my period a few days ago at school, I felt something in my pants so I asked my teacher if I could go to the nurse but I made an excuse about feeling nauseous, I went to the nurses and asked for a pad, and while I was in the bathroom I heard a girl screaming at the top of her lungs "I PEED MY PAANTTS" I was trying so hard not to laugh

We had a male substitute teacher in our class that day and this girl asked if she could go to the bathroom he said yes she went to her bag a grabbed something the teacher heard a wrapper and said “oh! If your going to eat candy you can do it in here but you have to share” she pulls up her tampon and puts it in his face and said “ wanna share?” He just stood there and said “oh” 😂
9:07 last week was an event at school and I had to change in the stall, my mom said “you can’t trust anyone here especially schools & colleges” now I understand why

6:07 my English and science teachers for 8th grade had some pads tbh they weren’t even allowed to have them we were told we have to go to the nurse for it but the nurse sucks and honestly did not care abt us enough so props to them and love them for that
That year 10 one is ridiculous. I thought it said 10 (as in years old) and thought, well some people have it by age 10, but year 10. I looked it up because I'm in Canada and we don't have grades like that and it says 14-15 years old. I think it's a rarity to find someone who HASN'T gotten their first period by that point. Also, there is no set age. My old babysitter had twin daughters who got their first period at age 4 or 5. Honestly, I didn't believe it, because that seemed too young. Not sure how it was possible (not 6 year old me's business to ask), but it was. My grandma didn't get hers until she was 19. Her sisters were around 13-15. My mom didn't get hers until she was 16 or 17. I didn't get mine until I was like 12. So it's not even consistent within families. And this teacher wants to claim that 14-15 is too young to have it? Get out of here. I would be so pissed if a teacher told me that (especially at that age)

I got my period last Friday and I’m still on it.ugh. I go to a private middle school and we don’t have any pads in the bathrooms but great for me i have pads in my locker and In my backpack and in my kit bag( I have diabetes so I carry around a bag and I put a few pads in a small makeup bag into my bag
My friend was on her period and my teacher was a girl!!!! My friend used our whole school secret girl code we were told at the start of each year (I need to go) and everyone knows what that means (even the male teachers). My friend used the girl code and the teacher said “and why should i let you go???” So my friend replied and said “I NEED to go” and as usual my teacher got mad at every word she said and repeatedly asking why my friend needs to go and got really mad at her and gave her a c4 (inclusion from lesson and after school detention, my friend didn’t get a c4 in the end tho) my friend said “if you don’t let me go I’ll walk out” so my teacher literally said ok and my friend walked out. Im so proud of her to that this day (the teacher didn’t get fired or told off but my friend Proberbly told the headteacher about it)
oh my gosh yes cramps can be so incredibly painful and I know that from EXPERIENCE. the first 2 years of my period (and occasionally nowadays) were so bad that I couldn’t move from the pain. Sitting down, laying down, standing up, walking, exercising, literally any movement, would make me wanna rip my uterus out and just let it bleed out for the rest of the period and then insert it back in when it was over. Worst part about it? I was 10-12 when this happened.
I don’t have any school period horror stories but I got my first period when I was on a trip to Montana with my family. That morning we were all getting ready to visit Yellowstone National Park. I got my period a few minutes into the drive and unfortunately there were hardly any bathrooms around the whole time we were there. I was moody, tired, extremely uncomfortable, and in pain the whole time. When we got back to the house (we were traveling with family) my mom told every single person in the house - including my younger cousins. After that I didn’t get a period for 107 days (over 3 months later)
I was in 6th grade and it was the end of the school day and we were leavening to get on the bus that I had a heavy period. When I got home mom told me I had a stain I had walked in class with a stain.
When I was younger I was at camp when my period started. Funny thing is the ONLY thing I loved and did at camp was swimming. Not even halfway through the 2 weeks I got my period. I asked one of the people for a pad and for 1 they didn't have 1 so I bled that entire day and 2 they banned me from swimming again. I got so angry my grandma had to come get me only 4 days onto the 2 week camping trip. I never went to a camp again.
This is my first period horror story: In 2020 (I was 11) and I woke up in ge middle of the night with really bad stomach pain. I went to my Mom's room and told her. She stayed with me for a while and then I fell back asleep. The next day I literally couldn't move so my Mom took me to the ER. When we got there the doctors could figure out what was wrong but my stomach was starting to feel better. That afternoon my dad was in my hospital room with me and he said he was going to go and get a coffee. When he left I looked down and saw blood. I started hysterically crying because I thought I was gonna die. My dad came back and saw and Then explained to me what had happened. (I did know what it was but I was overwhelmed.) He then called my mum and when the doctor came in he told her how I had gotten my period. When we were driving home he got me Ice cream! Best Dad ever!

I still haven't gotten my period yet, but here Is my story So a few months ago I woke up with really bad pains in my stomach. I didn't have a fever so my mom put me on the bus. I knew what periods were so I put 3 pads in my backpack (I knew how to use them). When I got to school, I asked my first period teacher if I could go to the bathroom. He said no. I got super worried that I was going to get it any second and bleed all over in the silent classroom. I had to wait until 2nd period in gym to put a pad in, and I told my female gym coach. Hey Sharon!! I have a school period horror story. It was an exam week and I got my period during the exam. There were two teachers in my class one male and the other female. I walked up to female teacher and whispered that I got my period and I have to go to the restroom. SHE REFUSED and told me to first complete my exam then go but my exam was for 3hrs. The male teacher overheard us and told me go. I was taking the pad out of my backpack which was near the door (P.S We have to keep our backpacks outside the classroom or near the door during exams in India). The female teacher told me to open the pad INFRONT OF EVERYONE and show her because she thought I had cheat notes kept in my pad. I was in tears but the male teacher had already called the principle who then let me go. A few days ago I saw her but she didn't look me in the eyes.
Once I saw something on RUclips and a male student confronted the teacher about calling the females over to her desk to let them grab something from a drawer, and he thought it was candy. The teacher then called him over, to reveal the drawer filled with pads.
I got my first period at 11 over the summer, it wasn´t bad whatsoever and i immediately told my mom. It was inconsistent (as first times usually are) and very light lasting only 3-4 days the first couple times. when school started back, 6th grade I was like oh yeah i am totally going to have the most down bad worst leak you have ever seen in your life so i wore black pants that whole WEEK, yeah that´s right my period lasts seven days with no breaks. and oh lordy good thing i did because my ovaries were so against this and i had the heaviest flow of my life but no one could tell other than me because i sat on my foot the whole day to the point where that white converse logo on them were pink. but my pants were black so i was saved. i was way too scared to ask any of my friends for a period product and so i continues using my thin ass pads till i finally went home and my ovaries took a breather smh (also the only reason i bled through was bc my product was way too thin in the first place :(
8:40 ok but like idk if other people had this problem, but in elementary school i had a toxic friend who would look over the stall while i was going to the bathroom. she literally stood on a toilet seat or jumped on the wall just to see me, so i always held my shirt to cover me while i went to the bathroom.
Ok so about the flushing tampons thing. My mom MAKES me flush my tampons down the toilet. When I’m on my period she will look thru the trash to make sure I flushed it. I told her your not supposed to do that and that she will mess up our toilets. She didn’t believe me even after I showed her videos and articles. She still makes me put it into the toilet to this day.
Wait that’s so helpful for the reusable pads and period proof underwear. I have sensitive skin and always get rashes during my period because of the pads. I’ve just sucked it up
I remember when I was at school and I didn't know my period had started that day(it was soon but wasnt supposed to happen that day) I felt something and used the restroom before math class, when I got in the stall I realized I started it. And I also found out that i stained my jeans. Hey! This is my first period story so I was in a he fith grade when I started having back pains! I went to thee bathroom and saw nothing but when I got home I was learning about periods at school and I just was tesherching stuff about it and then I went to the bathroom and saw it!!
I have two embarrassing period stories. 1.) I was in sixth grade. I asked my teacher to use the bathroom because I needed to go change my pad as I was on my period. My best friend who was in the bathroom said “Do you have your period ?” I said “Yes.” She said “I do too.” Afterwards we went back to my class room with my classmates & my best friend loudly announces to our whole class. She was on her period & I also had my period too. It was so embarrassing but luckily no one said anything it was quite awkward though. 2.) I was in eight grade. We have a bell that rings to signal us to go to our next class. I was walking to my next class when I heard laughing behind me. I wasn’t sure who or what they were laughing at, after school my Mom said for me to turn around so I did, turns out I had bled through my jeans & had not known as I was walking around with a blood stain on my jeans. She got mad at me & said “did you know you had bled through your jeans ?” I said “no I didn’t know I bled through my jeans.”

A few days before I got my period I started to see spotting after I use the washroom and the day after that started happening I went to the bathroom and there was blood in my underwear on the inside I thought I was dying. I ran down stairs and grab a pad and after I putted it on my grandma said I was a woman now. At least I didn't get it at a Christmas party I went to the day before. I am glad at my old high school (I am in college now) that I did not have crazy things happen to us girls while we were on our periods (im saying girls instead of people because I went to a Catholic school and my school did not have non-binary people w vaginas- only biological females and Catholic School did not allow non binary people and LGBTQ + people because the Catholic Church is against it. I am a Catholic and respect them though.) There was a box in the girls restroom that had pads and tampons which was so handy!
This is a story that happens with my friend a week ago. Ok so my friend and I were hanging out with our normal group of friends and one of them is her crush, she started leaking through her pants during our conversation and he called her nasty in return I said not as nasty as your face because in one of Sharon’s past videos she used that comeback.😅

No one carries change although we have ones like that but they are free. They are almost always empty tho because the school is big and everything

My school is rly strict and absolutely messed up. Last year they somewhat allowed us to go to the restroom but they didn’t always say yes. Now my school restricted everyone to go to the bathroom. Some teachers still allow us sometimes Bc at least some understand but we’re still not allowed to go to the bathroom. Also during breaks between classes, the toilets are completely full and sometimes you have to wait so long, you can’t even go to the bathroom. Usually when a girl says « it’s an emergency » most of my teachers still say no but maybe like 3 out of like 12 teachers say ok go but hurry up. There’s this one Spanish teacher though who has all my respect because at the beginning of the year, when he was explaining the school rules to the students (including that new don’t go to the bathroom rule), he said that in case of emergencies we can always go because he understands since he has a wife. Respect honestly
The ironic thing is that my school (aka the older students) set up a thing where you can take pads and tampons in 2-3 different sizes, but the school forbid bathroom trips

Hey Sharon!! I have a first period horror story for you.
It was the Thursday night before winter break and I woke up in the middle of the night with what I thought was a stomach ache. It got worse, and when I realized where the main part of the pain was coming from, I figured out it was cramps. I couldn't sleep, so I started watching Just Sharon for a little bit until I could go back to sleep. I texted my friends about it in the morning and they said that my period should be coming soon and they would help me whenever I needed it if I got my period at school. It ended up never coming during school, but a week later during winter break I noticed some brown liquid in my underwear, but it wasn't that much and didn't do anything about it. The next morning I woke up in a puddle of blood on my bed and she was HEAVY!!! Also, because I don't wear tampons, I couldn't go in my friend's hot tub when I went over to her house to hang out since I had a pad on. I kept bleeding through to my sheets the rest of my period. Lots of underwear got thrown away because my mom couldn't get the stains out.
Ik this is a long story, but that is what happened on my first period. Starting this past summer I named NY period Karen because she decides to come at the worst times to where I couldn't go in the pool anytime we went whether it was at my aunt's house or the community pool

the heavy days are the absolute worst. it was normal for me to have to wash underwear at least 2 times a day for about 2-3 days of my period. (the stains usually came out with cold water) i would also usually have to wash a pair of pants at least once because it leaked through so bad. i remember one time j just absolutely broke down crying because i had bled through my underwear, pants, and sheets and felt like i was a gross person and felt bad because my mom had to do more laundry. however, my mom recently bought me some period underwear and it was a lifesaver on my last period. only had to wash that underwear 1 or 2 times my whole period, and i never had to wash any pants. i’d recommend getting some period underwear if your periods are heavy. it has helped me so much and i don’t feel so helpless when i’m on my period now!
@@dorkabuzai4630 well I didn't try that. My mom used hydrogen peroxide, let it sit for a few minutes, and then washed my underwear and sheets. For some reason it came out of the sheets, but not the underwear. But it was like a crime scene every morning💀

the first day of school in choir my male teacher was showing us around the room in the supply closet he had a package of pads and tampons in it and i have felt so comfortable and appreciated in that class since i love the fact that he did that
I was lucky to have a mom who told me about periods when I was around 7-8, and then I ended up getting it in 3rd grade. My stomach hurt all day, I was dizzy and saw bright lights a lot. When I finally realized when I went to the bathroom I decided to keep quiet (I couldn’t ask for a pad as it was 3rd grade), and sat through the short rest of the school day bleeding. I cannot imagine how many places I left blood in. I had a wide group of friends back then but I was wearing dark blue shorts meaning nobody saw. When I told my mom at home she explained how to use a pad and said that I am a woman now. Not the worst period experience.
(I was at horse camp and had my period for half the time while riding twice a day. Also leaked at night and told nobody- and couldn’t swim at the beach.)

Hi Sharon! first period story, my district made it to states in football but the day before the game i didnt feel great. my mom said i could stay home the next day if i felt bad, i did. my dad stayed home with me but i went to the bathroom and saw brownish stuff in my underwear, luckily i knew exactly what it was and got my stash of pads my mom kept for me. i didn't tell my dad and instead spent the day crying for my mom to get home. i was 11
I have the sweetest teacher ever!!! I got my first period and i was in my favourite teachers class and I told her I got it and she was running around looking for pads, food, heat packs and water. It was so cute she got me so many pads and lots of good foods and I got to skip class and it was really fun. My friend and I both got it together so we just got to talk for 80 min.

My period horror story:
I get really bad cramps to the point where they often make me vomit. I was in school and knew I was going to be sick. I asked my teacher to use the bathroom he said yes. The hall monitor said I needed my id card to go pee, I had to dizzily go back to class and get my id. Then I am vomitting to the point of shaking and groaning and the hall monitor knocks on the stall door and says to hurry up, I was taking too long

My horror story is awful. We were on a bus for a field trip and I felt cramps(I was wearing a pair of white jeans that I wore about 3 other times) I was a little scared but didn’t think anything of it. We were about 15 minutes away from the park and when I got up, I saw a pool of blood and it was dripping of the seat😭😭

I am 12 and was at school in music class and I just went to the bathroom normally and then I saw I had just gotten my first period and I freaked out and started swearing. I had no pads with me so I had to go about my day with a heap of toilet paper down there. It was definitely not the best way to get your first period 😂.

My most recent was on a school trip back in the beginning of November.. it was a band trip, to another state, was 8+ hrs, there were bathrooms in the back of the bus, (like the buses you use when traveling not a school bus) but, we weren’t allowed to use them unless it was an emergency. And we did stop every 3 hrs at a gas station. But, not even 2 hrs in, I frickin bled through my pants.. and a girl in the back of the bus texted me (I stood up to get school work bc they had cubbies above, like on a plane) and she said I bled through.. very embarrassing, but a girl had an extra pair of pants, and her luggage was close to the front of the bus. So yay!

6:07 my English and science teachers for 8th grade had some pads tbh they weren’t even allowed to have them we were told we have to go to the nurse for it but the nurse sucks and honestly did not care abt us enough so props to them and love them for that
That year 10 one is ridiculous. I thought it said 10 (as in years old) and thought, well some people have it by age 10, but year 10. I looked it up because I'm in Canada and we don't have grades like that and it says 14-15 years old. I think it's a rarity to find someone who HASN'T gotten their first period by that point. Also, there is no set age. My old babysitter had twin daughters who got their first period at age 4 or 5. Honestly, I didn't believe it, because that seemed too young. Not sure how it was possible (not 6 year old me's business to ask), but it was. My grandma didn't get hers until she was 19. Her sisters were around 13-15. My mom didn't get hers until she was 16 or 17. I didn't get mine until I was like 12. So it's not even consistent within families. And this teacher wants to claim that 14-15 is too young to have it? Get out of here. I would be so pissed if a teacher told me that (especially at that age)
My mom got hers when she was 17 and I mine when I was 13.

My friend was on her period and my teacher was a girl!!!! My friend used our whole school secret girl code we were told at the start of each year (I need to go) and everyone knows what that means (even the male teachers). My friend used the girl code and the teacher said “and why should i let you go???” So my friend replied and said “I NEED to go” and as usual my teacher got mad at every word she said and repeatedly asking why my friend needs to go and got really mad at her and gave her a c4 (inclusion from lesson and after school detention, my friend didn’t get a c4 in the end tho) my friend said “if you don’t let me go I’ll walk out” so my teacher literally said ok and my friend walked out. Im so proud of her to that this day (the teacher didn’t get fired or told off but my friend Proberbly told the headteacher about it)
oh my gosh yes cramps can be so incredibly painful and I know that from EXPERIENCE. the first 2 years of my period (and occasionally nowadays) were so bad that I couldn’t move from the pain. Sitting down, laying down, standing up, walking, exercising, literally any movement, would make me wanna rip my uterus out and just let it bleed out for the rest of the period and then insert it back in when it was over. Worst part about it? I was 10-12 when this happened.

I don’t have any school period horror stories but I got my first period when I was on a trip to Montana with my family. That morning we were all getting ready to visit Yellowstone National Park. I got my period a few minutes into the drive and unfortunately there were hardly any bathrooms around the whole time we were there. I was moody, tired, extremely uncomfortable, and in pain the whole time. When we got back to the house (we were traveling with family) my mom told every single person in the house - including my younger cousins. After that I didn’t get a period for 107 days (over 3 months later)
I was in 6th grade and it was the end of the school day and we were leavening to get on the bus that I had a heavy period. When I got home mom told me I had a stain I had walked in class with a stain.

When I was younger I was at camp when my period started. Funny thing is the ONLY thing I loved and did at camp was swimming. Not even halfway through the 2 weeks I got my period. I asked one of the people for a pad and for 1 they didn't have 1 so I bled that entire day and 2 they banned me from swimming again. I got so angry my grandma had to come get me only 4 days onto the 2 week camping trip. I never went to a camp again.

This is my first period horror story:
In 2020 (I was 11) and I woke up in ge middle of the night with really bad stomach pain. I went to my Mom's room and told her. She stayed with me for a while and then I fell back asleep. The next day I literally couldn't move so my Mom took me to the ER. When we got there the doctors could figure out what was wrong but my stomach was starting to feel better. That afternoon my dad was in my hospital room with me and he said he was going to go and get a coffee. When he left I looked down and saw blood. I started hysterically crying because I thought I was gonna die. My dad came back and saw and Then explained to me what had happened. (I did know what it was but I was overwhelmed.) He then called my mum and when the doctor came in he told her how I had gotten my period. When we were driving home he got me Ice cream! Best Dad ever!

So a few months ago I woke up with really bad pains in my stomach. I didn't have a fever so my mom put me on the bus. I knew what periods were so I put 3 pads in my backpack (I knew how to use them). When I got to school, I asked my first period teacher if I could go to the bathroom. He said no. I got super worried that I was going to get it any second and bleed all over in the silent classroom. I had to wait until 2nd period in gym to put a pad in, and I told my female gym coach. Apparently it was a false alarm??? The rest of the day I could barely walk though. It was an exam week and I got my period during the exam. There were two teachers in my class one male and the other female. I walked up to female teacher and whispered that I got my period and I have to go to the restroom. SHE REFUSED and told me to first complete my exam then go but my exam was for 3hrs. The male teacher overheard us and told me go. I was taking the pad out of my backpack which was near the door (P.S We have to keep our backpacks outside the classroom or near the door during exams in India). The female teacher told me to open the pad INFRONT OF EVERYONE and show her because she thought I had cheat notes kept in my pad. I was in tears but the male teacher had already called the principle who then let me go. A few days ago I saw her but she didn't look me in the eyes.

I got my first period at 11 over the summer, it wasn´t bad whatsoever and i immediately told my mom. It was inconsistent (as first times usually are) and very light lasting only 3-4 days the first couple times. when school started back, 6th grade I was like oh yeah i am totally going to have the most down bad worst leak you have ever seen in your life so i wore black pants that whole WEEK, yeah that´s right my period lasts seven days with no breaks. and oh lordy good thing i did because my ovaries were so against this and i had the heaviest flow of my life but no one could tell other than me because i sat on my foot the whole day to the point where that white converse logo on them were pink. but my pants were black so i was saved.
i was way too scared to ask any of my friends for a period product and so i continues using my thin ass pads till i finally went home and my ovaries took a breather smh (also the only reason i bled through was bc my product was way too thin in the first place :(

Hey! This is my first period story so I was in a he fith grade when I started having back pains! I went to thee bathroom and saw nothing but when I got home I was learning about periods at school and I just was tesherching stuff about it and then I went to the bathroom and saw it!!

I have two embarrassing period stories.
1.) I was in sixth grade. I asked my teacher to use the bathroom because I needed to go change my pad as I was on my period. My best friend who was in the bathroom said “Do you have your period ?” I said “Yes.” She said “I do too.” Afterwards we went back to my class room with my classmates & my best friend loudly announces to our whole class.
She was on her period & I also had my period too. It was so embarrassing but luckily no one said anything it was quite awkward though.
2.) I was in eight grade. We have a bell that rings to signal us to go to our next class.
I was walking to my next class when I heard laughing behind me. I wasn’t sure who or what they were laughing at, after school my Mom said for me to turn around so I did, turns out I had bled through my jeans & had not known as I was walking around with a blood stain on my jeans.
She got mad at me & said “did you know you had bled through your jeans ?” I said “no I didn’t know I bled through my jeans.”
I haven't had mine yet, but watching these videos help me build confidence for when I randomly have it. Thx, you're awesome.😁 ❤😍❣
I think you should make a video on how to discretely get a pad out in class ❤ luckily I’m blessed with the best teachers ever, and fro day one they said that everyone can bring a small bag to the bathroom and they all explained that we could set it in the hall if we want to get it later

A few days before I got my period I started to see spotting after I use the washroom and the day after that started happening I went to the bathroom and there was blood in my underwear on the inside I thought I was dying. I ran down stairs and grab a pad and after I putted it on my grandma said I was a woman now. At least I didn't get it at a Christmas party I went to the day before. And that was yesterday by the way I'm 11

I got my first period aged 9-10.
Funny story, I actually got it the day before my sisters birthday party, where I was supposed to where a puffy dress for her (not my usual style.) It was really awkward..
I am glad at my old high school (I am in college now) that I did not have crazy things happen to us girls while we were on our periods (im saying girls instead of people because I went to a Catholic school and my school did not have non-binary people w vaginas- only biological females and Catholic School did not allow non binary people and LGBTQ + people because the Catholic Church is against it. I am a Catholic and respect them though.) There was a box in the girls restroom that had pads and tampons which was so handy!

This is a story that happens with my friend a week ago. Ok so my friend and I were hanging out with our normal group of friends and one of them is her crush, she started leaking through her pants during our conversation and he called her nasty in return I said not as nasty as your face because in one of Sharon’s past videos she used that comeback.😅
