ive never really heard anything like this band before i didnt know until a few minutes ago they worked with animal collective which is cool! but i kinda prefer black dice but they do sound a little better live then on the album
I miss the Black Dice of their early days. They were SCARY! ex: one would have a mic in a metal bucket and smack it around..... thru effects! VIOLENT SOUNDS! So far... this sounds good though...
Yeah I seem them using effects pedals for their instruments and I'm wanting to learn how they set up there rig. I've been trying to see what Merzbow uses, but he's pretty good at keeping his equipment discreet.

RWS402 He does use one when playing with Dave Portner so you are not entirely wrong
+Dakota Harrington I think it has more to do with the fact that they are tapped into something alien than what gear they are using.
