Mine closes slightly uneven as the garage ground slopes. If they fitted it even then it should in theory open even,

the problem if your door looks like these is that the roll is not a full roll (open when full down) and that can cause side shift causing the issue , that or your installer has not centred the pole before installing it (its not the tension on the springs)

He said to ask the Builder's staff for the roll up wheel (additional wheel) which should be installed... Went there, they don't sell it, it's not on their site, nothing. Have the motor but can't install it. Lies!!
