I walked out halfway through training when I found out how horrible their medical insurance is. Also, you need to realize, no matter how fancy these commercials sound. you need to ask yourself one question!!…… if they’re so great why do they have such a high turnover rate?
Im trying to get on with DTI but they're making me jump through hoops with their medical personell. I applied back in May of this year, I had my interview, they said I had the position but here I am sitting at home in late August waiting for them to put me in a class.
I had a interview with Patty In Stratford Mo, recruiter Tessa, must of not went well because they told me if I get the job they would call me give me a email if I didn't and they would let me know after the holidays which was 2 weeks , never heard anything even after reaching out , let people know if they need to keep looking , I do believe I dodged a bullet and got a good job with the teamsters making more money and being home every night,, not much professionalism there in my experience.
I know this is 6 months old but in case someone else has the same question ... It's DOT Transportation, Inc ... DTI DOT is not an acronym like the Department of Transportation. DOT is named after the founder's wife (Dot is a common nickname for Dorothy).
And why are your drivers drive through Yellowstone Park? There is HWY 15, but no you have to go through our national treasure to save 40 miles on a dangerous 2 lane mountain road.

Actually the BSBC insurance is reasonable. Also, they have a very low turnover rate.

Are you assigned a single truck or switch trucks often
Why do your semi trucks say DOT but your company name is DTI I don't think it makes sense
