Rick, Durango, Colorado USA. Really enjoy your shows, silliness 😅. Have walked Camino 3 times and at 70 years will walk another. I love the dinner at Orrison. We see a lot of the folks along the way and i like that aspect of community
I was lucky enough to go to the Camino in 2017 without knowing a single thing. When I think back I remember happy people, fun times, good wine. IF I REALLY THINK BACK, I also remember not sleeping well, not liking much of the food, and a lot of pain and swelling.
Great video guys! I dont watch you that often as I did before, nothing bad, just you make me feel so nostalgic I almost cry every time 🤣🤣, I miss that Camino feeling, I d like to go back, but I wont be able in next few years unfortunately (who knows maybe I manage to snatch a few days off for camino ingles)... Greetings to you beautiful people :D
Hello from Texas...love the mug. I just finished the French Way (started from SJPP) at the end of October. Thank you for your channel. Your advice to me regarding the poles was a life saver not to mention an energy saver. Thanks again for your advice and perspective.
Love you guys! My husband and I just finished our first Camino, the French Route. It was a unique experience, not fully unpacked yet. You guys really advised us well, Thank you!
Moi from Australia 🦘🦘 Watching later (still can't wake up to watch live at 3am) What a great topic! Only 525 days until my Camino 😂 Even with all my research and preparations I'm sure I'll have surprises along the way. Maybe by the time I start I might actually know why I'm drawn to it.
le puy en velay that's where the camino start and get your card for stamps .I walked twice to Santiago ,from Belgium ,I did the original camino and the one that follows the coast
Le Puy-en-Velay is a town in southern France. It’s known for the green lentils grown in the area, and as a gateway to the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage trail. The 12th-century Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral has frescoes and a cloister. Perched on a volcanic rock, St-Michel d’Aiguilhe chapel dates from the 10th century. Nearby, an 1860 statue of the Virgin Mary looks over the town from another volcanic outcrop. ― Google
@@parousia7165 le puy en velay is not the only place to start , you can start from anywhere , example , France , Spain , Portugal and you can get your pilgrim passport at most albergues or even cathedrals . you just need to plan .

Sometimes the answer comes without searching for it…
Love your Texas coffee mug!! ☕️🤠
My bucket list never included Mount Everest or any mountain for that matter. Walking is already challenging enough.
Wongari is a great product, tried it myself really effective. ❤
It really is!

I want to know how to get to the Camino. If I’m flying in from the U.S. where do I fly to, how do I get to the start of the path?

@@claudelambert9916 every road lead to Rome ,I’m just saying it’s for a very long time the official start for the Camino .
I thought it would be time for contemplation. It was peak-hour crowds, noise and no peace. I chose the wrong Camino, at the wrong time of the year.
Sorry to hear that! Was it from Sarria or Tui?
