Fixing my core, hip flexibility/Strength, and running BAREFOOT has enabled my body to perform at levels I thought impossible. 3 years 'sans shoes' still learning how to be athletic and run easier.

Hi Eric, these videos have come at a great time for me. I’m also re-reading my copy of TCI to review its exercises and form chapters.

Thanks for this! I usually take the icy winter off and switch to hiking. This will be the first year i keep running through, though on a treadmill. I'm looking forward to cutting back a bit and building that base for next year.

For me, a lot of new training concepts to consider after my October marathon. Many thanks Eric! 👍

Thanks. When I found low heart rate training I stayed low heart rate for years and didn’t incorporate any speed work.

If I slow my easy run too much more, I will be walking. 😂
