How to create a bootable macOS Ventura iso installer for virtualbox & VMware?

How to convert macOS ventura installer . app to dmg then iso image ? This Ventura iso can be used to install in Virtualbox, parallels desktop, and VMware station.

Thanks for the video. I followed your steps but when I try to run the iso in vmware fusion, I get Start PXE over iPv4. Any ideas how to fix this?
