I got this as an Xmas gift for my friend who always dreamed of becoming a DJ but never knew how to get started. Can't wait to give it to her as she always has the dopest playlists ❤🎉
You got those spins in lock bro 🎉 beginner at this, do you reckon you can make a numark party mix 2 tutorial for beginners? For a lot of us, this will be our first controller!
Hi i would really appreciate it if someone could help :) I am looking to get this as a present and since i dont know anything about music equipment i was wondering if this can record and loop own samples or where to get something like that?
Just put one on quick layaway cuz it showed up at the pawn shop almost brand spanking new. Wondering tho what software is it using? Also wondering are the lights responsive to the music?
I bought this and it works flawlessly on my laptop (Windows) but on my desktop, It doesn't want to light up right. flashing anf flashing. (Annoying). Any help on this would be appreciative.
Some of us have bigger egos than others, but I have to confess that I wouldn't want to be seen with the Party Mix at some gig. As good of a job that Numark does with so much of their equipment, I still couldn't be seen with that, lol. It's the kind of thing where if you need a backup unit in case of an unfortunate issue with your primary gear, go ahead and use, if you must, the Party Mix quickly, and then get it back into its little bag fast before other people mingle around the kiosk/booth to see what you're doing. Hopefully no one would drop by with a sludge hammer.
I agree that is a good controller. However, from my point of view, serato dj lite is not a good dj software (it is a very very limited software). So i dont understand all that fuzzing around saying that serato dj lite is the worlds leading software…
The i think the free version of djay is actually fine for a free version. However if u are going to dj a gig with that software (and on the free version) it can get anoying as too Many adverts will start to pop up. But for home use is fine!
The button on the side that turns on the lights can be pressed multiple times to cycle through different settings, one of which is sound to light and another has it cycle through the colours. We just had the static display on here 🙂
@@kevinpalardy8592 sure it is. but if they are already there then sometimes they can be usefull...why not. but this mix of three colors working together is too cheap

Please can you do a video of connecting it to a mixer amplifier?
Please am from Ghana 🇬🇭

Good review!
Can this be used with a phone or tablet, or does it have to be a PC?
Thanks for any answers!
Works with PCs and Apple iPhones and iPads. Doesn't work with Android though.
@@DingBoyVR dang! Discrimination against androids.
Which wpuld you say was better to get out of the three

I’m pretty sure you could use anything as long as you get the correct cable/adapter

A sludge hammer probably wouldn't be a problem. Sludge is usually pretty soft. A sledge hammer. Now.... that would hurt
Try hard loser. Such a weird comment. Let beginners be beginners and stop gatekeeping.

The lights don’t do anything, they are just on.

One of the modes for the lights syncs up to the tune of your music.
