Hyman doesn't always put up big numbers, but he is such an underrated part of this team. He plays like a junkyard dog, and that's why I appreciate him so much.
If your top player gets laid out you beat the shit out of them. Stick to figure skating snowflakes arent allowed here. Clean hit or not you dont let your top players get bullied when theyre on the ice
I mean it's much more important to protect them from stuff like that at that age, but yeah generally speaking this isn't that big of an infraction in the nhl.
General rule in the NHL for hitting is that you can’t leave your skates and no hitting from behind they teach players as they’re growing up and playing it’s like “if you see the numbers lay off”

I don't know the NHL rule but in Canadian minor hockey, that's a blind side hit and would get 2 minutes under the new charging rule.
