Kong you built your home where you wanted and yes it was easy for us not living there thinking please don't build the way you were with just plain wood in dirt and water and when you were adding and making it bigger we did cringe but still it was your choice to do it. Good to see you are moving your home to better place on your land and using bricks to keep it out of the flood waters. I'm thinking he knew what he was doing from the start. He's very intuitive at what he does. I think maybe it looks to many of us like it's backwards at times but to them it's probably them having to wait and get the right materials when they can. It could be just a shortage of funds. Either way it's still entertaining and fun to see how other cultures live. Good content!♥️

I have always thought that it was not a bright idea to build a house with the wooden pillars dug into the river bed. The pillars will decay or rot by the water in a few years not to mention the intense flow of water in raining season. I am glad he correct this mistake now to avoid the collapse of the house with his family in it.
I hope you build a concrete foundation of your house, “cement & not a tiny wood” Because wood will get rotten after few year, most especially when it get wheat.. I hope you build separate kitchen too, so that the living quarter will be nice & clean. Good luck.❤

He bought already that land so he must used it but he must think that’s agricultural lot they must put gravel and sand if not the same it will flood that’s soft soil like what they did to the front they filled up before they cemented it no problem I hope Kong will know that so he will not regret

Because the current house is built on too few poles just sitting in the water and mud and it is sinking. Hope the new one IS larger to add another sleeping area and, perhaps, a storage room for produce

You better set your foundation straight, square, and level. You know how to build a wooden house but the only problem I see with you is the poor quality of your workmanship because you prefer speed over quality. You can learn a lot from your brother DT. Unless you are just doing all of these for video content.

Why not just move it forward on the slab and build a deck on the pillars. Then you would have room to add a room for the the son.

Your pillars are not sturdy, there are no reinforcing steel bars that will prevent failure due to lateral force.
