That big section of the cupboard with the sagging middle shelf is disgraceful. That should have been fixed before this house was rented. The other two shelves are not in a great condition either. Some landlords want to get rent but they don't want to fix anything in their rental houses. All of the cupboards look dismal and dark so he should definitely clean them and put liners in them before placing food items in them.
