kfc man Idk if you know this, but it’s actually true. Whenever you are training or sparring with someone if you punch and don’t yell then you’ll only be pushing out a little bit of power. If you tell while throwing a punch then it’ll push out more power from it.

I always think how goku obtain this form in the other world. Akira toriyama should show how he obtain it in Dragon Ball. Goten or trunks ask how he got it, and we see a whole episode explaining it! Include how he got super saiyan 2 as well. Omg, that'd be amazing.

Rick Matherly He sort of just said that he just kept training. I would imagine it works just like regular Super Saiyan, when you master that you can push to 2, when you master Super Saiyan 2, you can just push and train to Super Saiyan 3

That's not how Super Saiyan 3 works. This form requires you to drain your life force and consume it as pure, raw energy. You see, the emotional turmoil of the regular Super Saiyan form, and the breaking point of the Super Saiyan wall of the Super Saiyan 2 form is what the user has to undergo in order to experience this form. I assume that Goku had figured how Gohan obtained this new Saiyan form which allowed him to increase his strength without losing speed and obtained Super Saiyan 2 (same explanation for Vegeta). However, it wasn't training that got him this far. He has to spar to the point where he has barely any energy left and convert his life force into ki. That's the reason why this form is unstable; because first, your life force is draining and second, the energy is too much for you to go through. And no you don't have to necessarily master the forms before this transformation. All you need is to experience them once, so your body can sort of last a little bit longer against the sinister toll this form takes. To fully master this form you require a tail, which will assist you in subduing the strain that Super Saiyan 3 has (for 1 and 2 can be mastered without a tail, as Goku and Gohan did so).

@@SSJFutureGohan62093 Mastering means you're good with the (use your imaginaton), You dont need to master forms to unlock another form, You just have to train and SSJ3 is able to be reached by stealing all energy by every single nerve, EVERY. Which overworks the user and leads to exhaustion of the body, Like in DBS when Goku fights Kefla, He turns SSJ3 for only 30 seconds because he lacks energy in order to become 3.
