Couple of abusive shifts there by operators. 1st into reverse before coming to a stop.
You guys need a fixed rockbreaker beside the bin. I saw that hook attachment for the crane and laughed!!
A lot of the large scale crushers in Australia use them. It’s the same as an excavator boom and stick with a rockbreaker attachment on the end but it’s bolted to the top of the bin area. The crusher operator operates it remotely with a joystick controller whilst watching it. It’s the only efficient way to break up oversize/ clear blockages

it seems like there’s gotta be a more logical way to use technology to clear that large rock and get things moving along much faster!!

Jaw crushers seem more optimal than this cone setup. Too easy for pieces like that to get wedged in. Jaw crushers go to town no matter how big the pieces are.

@@JadeEverduske There are videos on here of jaw crushers in India ( I think) where the operators have to use sledge hammers and pry bars to get some rocks through.

    卡车拉得太少,机器一半的时间在空转,浪费电力

Just have to be smarter than a rock 🪨 😮 Obviously, the guy loading the truck, isn't.

The guy loading the truck checks each piece he loads by hand. 💯

Why do you think that? The rock fit in the crusher, it just landed wrong when the load was dumped.

That pits gotta be a couple thousand feet wide a few thousand feet high and that cone rotary rock iron breaker upper that piece of equipment looks humongous like huge!
