Wtf is it with games and not allowing the painting of stock wheels? Forza, Midnight Club, NFS, even GTA don't allow you to paint the stock wheels. It doesn't make sense. I can go outside with a can of spray paint and make my car's wheels black if I wanted.

The Crew 2 logic, it's a hyper car if its factory top speed is higher than an XJ220 or Penetrator. Or is a joint Mclaren Mercedes touring car.
