That's true lol it's still a great thing that they made it possible to turn it into the racing legend that it is, especially that we only see the regular F1 or the F1 GT nowadays in video games, with the F1 LM and F1 GTR (longtail included) being kind of forgotten
Koenigsegg actually came very close to the record (242 mph by the f1) with the CC8S with a top speed of 241, but then the Veyron came with it’s 253 mph top speed but then SSC came with the Ultimate Areo and I think it got a 264 mph top speed
Before Bugatti broke the record, Koenigsegg broke the record with the CCX. Koenigsegg did hold the record for 4-6 months only when Veyron came :) (sorry for my bad english lol)

The thing i really dislike about this game is the fact that the rear view mirrors aren't functional. I expected this to be fixed since the first game, but no- Ubisoft loves to cut corners. P.S.: Put your pitchforks and torches down, the game is still amazing.
the mirror thing puts a lot stress on the game because it's two extra screens the game has to render. That would sacrifice the processing power for something else like larger delay spawning items kinda far away
