I'm not sure about that. But it's common for development to take place on lands that were once in bad shape. The entire Sunway was built on a wasteland after the mining activities... Anyway, I appreciate the great question Wei Shin=)

Ara Damansara is a nice place, only issue are the in and out roads, especially between PJ and Tropicana.

there are empty lane next to the property where they will build Masjid. sure this Urbana price will drop like hell. hehe
But there a negotiation ongoing to relocate the mosque.
