- Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a 10 minute EVERYDAY MORNING YOGA practice. I want to continue to encourage you all to stretch and/or practice yoga daily. This video is short & straightforward, so it should be accessible to most people. This is something you can easily fit into your routine if you are able to add an extra 10 minutes to make time for it. Remember to listen to your body & work within your range. As an aries moon, i get bored easily 😅 but for some reason, i can’t end my day before practicing yoga with you. This short practice literally was enough to get me out of the bed. Yes Nico. I was feeling so unmotivated that I performed this practice from the comfort of my bed... let me tell you that afterwards, I was able to get myself out of bed and start my day!😁

I'm a beginner, and I've been following an instructor who does an excellent job. During a recent search of different routines I didn't see any black instructors. So I searched exclusively for black yoga instructors. Guess who I found?😅 Now I've got new classes and a great instructor.

Glorious Rising Nico, I am so grateful to have decided to do this new morning practice, it is a perfect way and stretch to ease back into my practice after missing a few days, it's gets real busy for me at times, and two things I affirm today: I will have an amazing day and I will have a yoga retreat at home today. So after drop offs and back home, I shall commense with the New Year New Yogi Challenge following my Daily Activity Diary up to today from where I left off; Day 26 - Day 29, and a bubble bath to boot after.; God willing! I have a quick question; in the past I noticed that in pigeon if my shin is NOT parallel to the front edge of my mat I actually cut off blood flow to my leg, I noticed you knee forward instead of shin forward, so is this just my configuration? It’s safe to knee forward as opposed to shin in pigeon? Thank you for everything you do!
Hi Mark! Yes, it is safe. Putting my shin forward just doesn't work with my anatomy, so I put bend my leg a lot & put my knee forward. It works just the same!
