The comedic duo of big maniacally calling her a “dusty bitch” and sonic immediately following up with “my dusty bitch senses are tingling” had my sides aching, man, Penny’s timing is golden
This is unironically my favorite scene in the entire dub. It as so much emotion and gives the best improve I have ever seen where tails and sonic are on the same page.
I too personally find great pleaser in the process of viewing and taking into consideration the noise that would be created if your written laugh was to in fact match your real laugh
I also obtain a substantial quantity of amusement from the act of reading this unusual assortment of letters which are implied to be your laugh at the insult given by Sonic to Amy quoted in your original comment. Though I have yet to hear what the aforementioned letters would sound like in a series out loud, my imagination has allowed me to gain a rough hypothesis by sounding out these letters in my mind. As, I have said previously, the results amused me.
Storm has really great laughs. I personally love his evil laugh when Knuckles is drowning before he says "I love seeing people suffer when they wrong me, even if it's minor!" Chase has a good evil laugh.
The Sonic Riders fan dub didn’t have quite as many absolutely laugh out loud hilarious jokes as some of the other fan dubs had, but this part was EASILY top tier
The part right after this where tails mentions a 'piece of junk' is here before both he and Sonic make the same joke about each other being trash at the same time is also great
The funniest thing about Storm's theory about the robot exploding is that, as a kid, i didn't know English, so as i didn't understand what was happening THAT was my theory as well! Or atleast something similar, lol!
Why did this match up so perfectly and naturally? I have no idea what actually happens in this game, this is my first time ever seeing this cutscene, and yet the scene and the dub match perfectly such that I have to imagine what's actually happening here can't be too much different (not counting the lack of profanity I'm assuming the original has).
Ahem. Rings do gravity magic, sonic and friends are into skateboards and use gravity magic to go fast and do tight turns, robots want rings to summon robot god, this robot was just broken to begin with, eggman is kinda just chilling. So, basically just the dialogue and characters are different.

In this scene, the two gravity rings resonated or something and the robot exploded. Storm, who has one gravity ring here iirc, grabs the other gravity ring and heads back to Jet. Amy doesn't know anything so she has no reason to investigate. In the end, the gravity rings are just attracted to eachother, so that's "how" they explain the whole robots-chase-you-in-racing-game thematic of the main plot. The fan dub is on point.
I like the part where Storm runs and says "No, HaHaHa" and Amy says "Im gonna develop a friendship with you!" With that is confirmed that Amy as a friend is worse than an insult. (that's a joke btw)
Honestly, all of Chase's performances have been solid gold so far. Storm, Mephiles, Mr. X and Mike were all great, and he'll probably nail Black Doom in the Shadow dub as well.
My favorite is the insult right after this one: Tails: Hey Sonic there’s a hunk of junk here! Sonic: Yeah a robo- Tails: And I’m not talking about you. Sonic: *silence*
