AMBIENT SESSIONS: An ambient session is a moment captured in space and time.
I use to record it with my Zoom H2n to catch everything in that moment.
This time I used a couple of SM57 to record the stereo set.
The mics are connected to a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 connected to a pc and recorded with Adobe Audition.
All you can hear is exclusively live and belongs to that moment in time. This is my way to create ambient music.
Everything is powered with a suitcase inverter generator of 1 kw.
Hope you'll enjoy ambient lovers.

Ciao, complimenti per i tuoi video. Volevo farti una domanda tecnica... Non so come elabori i tuoi file ma volevo chiederti se nelle tue registrazioni è presente il classico fruscio di sottofondo dell'ampli.

TitoJunior73 Grazie mille! Si, è presente una buona dose di fruscio dovuta anche all'utilizzo del generatore come sorgente di energia. Di solito registro tre tracce, due dai mic degli ampli e la terza dal registratore zoom che vedi davanti alla pedaliera per i suoni d'ambiente. Cerco di mixarle ritoccandole il meno possibile.

Dean Graham Wolfe Guitar Channel Boomerang III is the most complete looper ever, but sometimes when I need just one loop I use the Flashback x4 or the Strymon Timeline.
