Great video my daughter has been lunging forward very early with her front leg, she’s tall it creates a real long stride and she looks off balance as well as to early. Going to work with her on transferring her weight more properly and staying inside the ball tight to her body she definitely gets around the ball and will rotate early with the top half, great tips I sent her your video thanks Coach happy thanksgiving 🙏🏽
Hey man, I'm going to hit up your hitting drill's vids in a moment but do you have any tips for someone (me) who doesn't have any access to a batting cage(I live in Israel and there are no batting cages) and max only gets to play once a week(with maybe 5-8 practices swings before game start) I have a bat and all the downtime at work to work on my swing)
I really need to hit in the opposite field , when I am at bat the defensive team puts all theit’r outfielders in the left because I can’t hit to the right field, thanks
Hey coach, what drills would you recommend for a player that front shoulder flies open early? I tried the usual drills but they do not translate or transition to her full swing. She knows what she is doing wrong but can't stop.

When you’re talking about keeping the bat tight to your shoulder, you’re not actually resting it on your shoulder, right?
