Today I will introduce you to the beach town of Carvoeiro. It is a beautiful small town with sharp hills and cliffs. It has a short and gentle beach. Nearby are many wild beaches that can only be accessed from the waterside.
The "Forte de Nossa Senhora da Encarnação" is on the left cliff. Be sure to go up there for a great view of the Atlantic Ocean, the coastline and Carvoeiro beach.
Because over time the building and playground will no longer be there. Since the rock is sandy there is a process of erosion. And the playground is no longer working because one edge is already falling dangerously close to the playground. Behind the fort is the "Carvoeiro Boardwalk" Be sure to take the time to walk along the wooden path along the ocean. Thank you for your attention

Hello. Thanks for the video. Quick question. Do you know if you can walk from Rocha Brava resort to Carvoeiro and if yes how much time would it take approximately? Thank you!
It takes about 45 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by car. You can walk part of the way along the scenic trails that wind along the shore.
I will be visiting in April, is there anywhere I can fish from the rocks?

Yes, there is. Mostly on the hill by the school where the playground is. And on the Estr. do Farol road.
