Hi Kelly. I have a Ricoma 1010. To downsize or increase the size of your design: Hit "Design Set". Then hit the "X" and change to 80%. Hit the "Y" and change to 80%. 80% is recommended because I was told you don't want to increase or decrease your design by more than 20% as it will effect the end result of your design and it will not turn out as good. Hope this helps.
I was lucky in the beginning to be on a very popular buy sell trade group when I first started - I sold a bunch on that - when an admin decided to close it down I didn’t want to loose my customers so I created a Facebook page and invited all of them to follow me to keep seeing my items - in one day I had over 300 and it has just over time and word of mouth continued to grow
Hi Kelly, the warning signs should point towards the machine, the bigger tab at the bottom should point away from the machine. When you store your mighty hoops, put them with the worded sides together at an angle.
it depends on what type of Brother you have. Some only have smaller embroidery areas so they will not pick up a larger design. Or the design is not saved to the correct format it will not pick up.

I bought myself a Snag Nabbit but I haven’t had a chance to use it. And yes I try to use t-shirts that have at least 5 oz. weight.

On the nurse jackets, should you use a clear topper? Maybe that would keep it from pulling.

One of my Babylocks requires me to lift the frame while it registers it is a larger frame?! It’s annoying but only fix I have for it presently

If they already paid it doesn’t bother me!! I only make items after they have been made.

The paper is just pinned for exact placement! I remove it before I stitch!!!

There is no specific way the Mighty Hoop needs to be placed, it's square, does not make any difference...
