Having some calming and peaceful whispers to help ease and give plenty of rest during a storm. My big soft dog really didn't like storms, especially thunder. It's good to hear you're doing alright frivvi, missed seeing your vids popping up. Soo there's this thing called compassion meditation where you picture something or a moment or anything that you have a tender loving feeling towards I like to use my cat or moments when I feel someone was treated unfairly, then experience just that feeling and try to grow it and cherish it. You can just sit with that feeling, I've found that by itself to be very transformative but you can go further and direct it to things you may not feel that way about by default. Anyway idk I'm waffling this just came to mind when watching ❤
