The difference you make up in people's lives is amazing. You kindly and authentically give a lot of people a sense of safety. That's something that can't be emulated and you don't come across that often. You're fantastic and I love and appreciate all the effort you put into what you do. Also no you don't repeat things too often and swallow sounds are not annoying.

This is the best asmr Channel for so many reasons:

Frivi is pretty much 1/2 the reason in able to fall asleep on time every night. I tend to get stressed out really bad because of school but somehow her voice just makes it melt away

Mouth sounds, talking, whispering, etc. are really the only ASMR I listen to anymore, they're just the best. Listening to people talk or make mouth-related noises makes it feel like you aren't sitting alone with no one else around.
This is perfect to listen to before going to sleep! It really creates a nice relaxing vibe at night time.

She is the only asmr channel I watch for the most part. She has it all...like lo-fi to hi-fi. Aggressive or sensitive, fast or slow. Random sounds or specific sounds. She truly is one of the best here, and definitely under appreciated. she deserves like 2mil views a video on God.

I think there's a lot to appreciate in the things that you find yourself repeating. Sometimes it may be to reinforce things for us to give them more importance, or repeating things may serve yourself as reminders on things that you're working on/through. I've never seen it as a flaw or groaned thinking "this again?" when you revisit some thoughts. Also I do sigh at the thought that creeps in about people growing tired/ bored of you as someone who first discovered asmr through you and has had the spot of favorite kept cozy by you for years now :'). It was really nice to hear you ramble and just get in touch with yourself honestly. It’s valuable to actually be free to yourself when things become overwhelming or if you need it or just as a therapeutic practice. I’ve seen a few people who really need a space to vent get alot out of it in ASMR and I actually like listening and trying to connect a little. I think it’s a really important thing to do on both sides and it’s important to know that no matter how professional you are it’s 100% okay to take time just to be how you need to be. Not all work should be about work… and that should be a part of work.

I've been listening to your videos whenever I need help sleeping for a long time now, but recently I've had more trouble with my anxiety and mental health and I've started also using your videos to calm me down during the day when I am having a panic attack or a lot of stress, and they work wonderfully. It's like an instant chill out button 💖

Oh and to answer your questions: I don't think you repeat yourself too much at all, I actually love the repetition! It's one of my favourite little things about your channel. And..... I hate swallow sounds 🤣 so I definitely do appreciate them being edited out, although in your videos I don't tend to notice or mind about them even when they're left in. The only video of yours I remember being uncomfy about it in was the one where you were trying not to make any mouth sounds and I think that was only bc u were talking about it specifically haha
I think all the other mouth sounds kind of camouflage the swallow sounds as well which is why I don't mind them in your content when it can be something I notice with some other creators. Either way I don't think it's something you need to worry much about editing out, personally!

I started watching you back in college and today I'm married and living a few thousand miles away from my home state. It's crazy to think about how much time has passed for all of us. I'm sure there are plenty of times your head tells you you're not that great (lord only knows how my brain treats me and the shit it talks about me) but you are an absolute treasure. On the bad days your brain whispers mean things about you to you, remember how much the rest of us out here love you, you golden soul. Don't listen to you on those days. Those days are shit.
