      Yes, all cobras of the genus Naja are venomous, I believe.

      Except, it does not belong to the Naja genus anymore, it belongs to the genus Sinonaja along with the monocled, taiwan, and hainan cobras.

    You got the scientific name of the chinese cobra completely wrong, its correct scientific name is actually Sinonaja atra.
