The Fallout show was so so good! I also grew up as a Playstation girlie. Playing Red Dead by the fireplace with a glass of wine is one of my favorite cozy night activities. The Spider Man games and Horizon Zero Dawn are also really fun.

You guys should get a little free library if you don't already have one! We have so many in our neighborhood and many of them have "themes" probably based on the households preference, but it means I know which ones to go to for kids books, reference books, magazines, fantasy, etc.
We have so many in the neighbourhood! We thought about doing one but we live on a dead end street with 4 houses and no one really walks down our street😂

Love the vlog! I thought they did such a good job with the adaptation of Fallout too! I grew up playing all the same games, my favorites were Oblivion, Call of Duty, Fallout New Vegas, really just any fps or adventure game! Glad to see another girl talking about those games😆

I am reading To Paradise right now by Hanya Yanagihara and I feel I’d be remiss to not recommend it because I love it so much. Much more approachable than A Little Life and the stories are fascinating. Also, thanks for the long vlog 👏

@@CarterSullivan a little life was okay, a little dense and extremely sad but yeah, this is quite different! She has only written 3 books. The other is The People in The Trees which is really interesting too. I like both that one and To Paradise far more than A Little Life

Hear me out… PS5 and play The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (*You don’t have to play the previous versions) its a good ol’ medieval time and don’t let the tv show sway you. The game is GOOD! Also Red Dead Online on Playstation FTW!!! If you ignore the griefers, and it’s easy to do so…. Wow! It’s like having a whole new Red Dead Game in a way. :D

@@CarterSullivan I honestly do not think that the switch would do its justice...it is so well done that it really needs a solid graphics unit to work with. I do not get the same effect on my switch with stuff like this
@@TheVanillebluete oh for sure! Ive already played it so I can say the same! Which is one of the big reasons why I really do want to get my own console because I just feel like the games you play on the switch just don't have the same graphic level as an Xbox or PS!

46:36 I don't like books that includes kids at all. They just feel kind of silly. Either the kid talks way above their age level or the author tries to make them way too cutesy.

Try the Institute by Stephen King. Mostly narrated by kids but really well done (if you like the genre!)
