Same... I had a game on Ensk in my Grille 15 where I shot 9 times, out of which 3 hit and only 2 penned. If you watched that replay, you would uninstall WoT for good. =))
It is called dispersion and not accuracy for a reason.

In regard to Leopards losing their ammo racks easily, there is a large ammo storage in the hull situated right next to the driver.

The only reason to play T10 is that you're never bottom tier. Also Leopard 1's DPM gives different kind of satisfaction compared to Leo PTA

Leo PTA used to be a torture to play for me back when I got it in Dec 2013-Feb 2014. It used to have 6 degrees of depression, 2.9 sec aim time, horrible gun handling stats and the shots often missed. It got module damaged with almost every shot it took and that was a time when consumables weren't reusable.
I remember spending ~90K+ free xp to skip over the modules of PTA and another 40K to skip and get the Leo 1.
and it only had 390 alpha dmg too
The stock Leo PT A is VERY bad, but once you grind or free exp, it's a good sniper
yeah, the stock PTA used to be horrible, and arguably still is, but at least better than before
both Leopards have received a fair few buffs over the years
I just spent my last 40k free xp and bit of gold to get rid of the t8 gun.

The AMX 30 and the E 50 are my tier 9 go to tanks. Tier 9 is great
I love the E 50, as it was my first t9 medium tank, but I can't say I ever got into/cared for the AMX 30
Gotta agree on that AMX 30. Even tho its kind of hard to play considering shell velocity, easily penned by arties and HESH and a *massive* cupola for a medium tank, AMX 30 especially with all field mods researched is a such a unique powerhouse to play due to great speed and solid DPM.
This was great to watch. I love the Leo PTA one of my best scoring tanks.
Watching a Leopard PTA game just reminds me of Jingles talking about the ammorack on this tank
In love with tortoise - so much better than the badger, tier for tier. It's the only tank I have 3 marks on and I have custom paint job, I love it.
Love the Tortoise. It was my second t9 tank in the game when I first played WOT 😁
Jagdtiger, WT PzIV, and E75 are some of my tier 9 favorites. Especially the E75. Though the E100 is great too, the E75 just feels so incredibly nice.
Is it a running theme for German tier 10's that their tier 9 predecessors just feel so much nicer tier for tier?
Grille 15 possibly being the worst offender, being a straight downgrade after the tier 9.
For the vast majority of them, the German t9s are FAR better. The only exception I can think of is the Maus, because who can compete with that vehicle's brutality?
The fact that a 2k+ exp game resulted in losing money is just hilarious to me
For me as a Leo fanboy, this was the replay of the year.
Leopards have the tendency to blow up because their ammo rack is store in the front left, next to where the Driver should be, that's why its never a good idea to park exactly align with your enemy, it's better to tilt the vehicle to the left to avoid them hitting that ammo rack.
One time I got into a situation at the end when the arty missed me and I could kill them but I decided to not shoot for a bit and troll my team by saying "Ammunition is Empty" in chat 😂

When I first played the German tech tree I went through the E-50M and than go for the Leopard and wish I went to the Leopard first. It's a really great line
Eh, prefer the E50/M over the Leo. It's essentially a med-heavy tank making it a more versatile tank where as the Leopard is a fragile tank.
Personally I prefer the E 50 line, since I enjoy it's brutal play style which works better for today's meta

Tier IX is the last safe haven in world of tanks. Once wargaming ruins it, there'll be nothing left..
Edit: I just remember those 2016 afternoons.. casually fighting for the hill on himmelsdorf, maybe grinding a campaign, the world was fine.. Tier IX is the last living memory of that for me..
9 & 7 - no competitive play so nobody bothers to p2w their tanks with equipment :)
WG is gonna ruin tier 9 sooner than later, just wait until they start pumping out op tier 9 premium tanks.

So many Cryers smh acting like WG is the enemy or the closet monster smh always being so negative only highlighting the bad things instead of enjoying so many of the good the game has its not just WG who've hurt the game its the players mostly acting like there's nothing good left in the game and how it's all bad when the fact is there so blinded by their own mental view they wouldn't notice or see a good thing even if it was right in front of them anyway cause all they wanna do is find something to complain gripe about no matter what it is good or bad

Yep. It doesnt matter what tier you are facing. They will pen you regardless. So its all about the gun and spotting.
The Leo 1 is still a worthy Upgrade compared to the Leo PTA, since the gun handling on the Leo 1 is so good, that you do not need vert stabs. Instead you can use an exhaust, which makes the tank more sneaky.

Tbh i hated the PTA when i got it, even when i got all the upgrades the tank was not fun at all, slower than the Leo 1, terrible gun handling and i lost counts how many times i just missed shots fully aimed at medium and close ranges.
The Leopard 1 on the other hand felt awesome on the first battle! Moves like a light tank and fires like a sniping TD!
I remember in the early days, tier Xs were still being grinded towards by the majority of players, so it was usual to see only one or two tier X tanks on each team. Obviously those days are long gone, but agree that an all tier X match up isn't necessarily the best to play.

What to expect from company that blatantly sold tanks like Defender or Skorpion G, or E25 or those tuer 2/3 broken premium tanks, or Chief or putting tier 10 Chief in game, or 279e(should I continue?)
They are 2015 pathetic youtubers that instead of clickbait titles use promises of rewards for subs and likes. But only 500 of 300 000 get some type of reward.

if I am not mistaken, leopard prototype with full bonds and food is just equal to its stats in pre nerf. about 2 years ago.
I remenber a game where I sent messages to back tier 5 , at a tier 10 platoon who makes 0 dmg. it was a year ago. Now I understand totaly

I recently started playing my tier 9 Leopard again as it’s so enjoyable!
That end of game kill on the JPE-100 is basically the summary of why I hate playing that tank. It's big, fat, and blind. It gives up everything to have a huge gun and thick armor. Then, when you really need that armor to work, a medium tank that's a tier lower pens you consistently and without any real risk of bouncing, despite it being long range, despite being heavily angled, and despite firing downward at the lower plate, because premium ammo, and because the lower plate is so comically large that anyone who is awake can't fail to miss it.
Congrats my friend. I'm on the same page. My t54 has bond stabs rammer and vents with a full stacked crew. I love it so much my favorite tank and I'm in no hurry to buy the tier 10 it's researched. But not bought.
I can tell you why not, gold ammo and credit loss, and from what Jingles has made clear that goes beyond T10 these days down to T8 to a lesser degree and finally just the sheer greed in what they sell packages for in-game. I just finally had enough of World of Warships and took a hard look at this again and not even remotely interested in logging into my old WOT account and I was an open and closed Beta tester for WOT. Decided to go play Cyberpunk and RDR2. BTW are you still a community contributor? I hope your not plugging away to please WG!

Well tier 9 is still the sweet spot in wot, but I use bounty equipment on any tank which is under tier 10.
Leo Prot was good, but man the reload on it was glacial back in the day. I really do enjoy my t10 Leo though. I don't play my tier tens very often though because I'm always cash poor and they hemorrhage credits, and I don't even play them in an expensive way. I don't use premium consumables on any tanks in the game and I carry, but very rarely actually use premium ammo, and usually it's only like 4 to 8 shells worth depending on the track and the gun.
I prefer Grand Battles. I wish there was an option to only play them for Tier 10. I haven't gotten one in months

WG: Leo pta and standard B are definitely overpowered when purple players get 65% wins while average players get under 49%. Meanwhile, chieftain and 279e are underpowered and need buff
My Leo PtA is an amazing tank. I love playing it and use it to complete difficult missions.
I remember myself loving the tank like 5 6 years ago when i 3 marked it before researching leo1 lol, whatta beast of a tank it was, also back then i was playing amx30 too, and if i remember correctly back then they almost had same shell velocity but leopard’s shell trajectory was straight and amx’s was arced so weird, even e50’s 220 AP rounds were better than amx’s apcr, straight trajectory just felt so much better and hit lot kore shots than arced ones 🙄

Almost the same setup on mine. The gun handling is so frustrating. At full speed, even from 200m range, fire on the move is very chancy. With that said, if I can only pick one of tech tree tanks to play, it would be PTA. That has been the only tank I still occasionally play after getting 3rd mark.
There’s probably 3 tier 9s I like more than their tier 10s: the VK 45.02b, the Jagdtiger, and the T49
I definitely prefer the Bunker over the Pz VII due to the t10 weak point; I find the play style of the Jg Pz to just be a different flavor when compared to the Jag (neither one is really better than the other); T49 is WAY more fun tier-for-tier than the Sheridan, especially with the 152mm (despite the HE nerfs)

Irl the Leopard series of tanks have a huge ammo rack in the hull, next to the driver. It's mostly unprotected and has no blowout panels. That's why the Leopard PTA and Leopard 1 get ammo racked so easily.
I hated the Leo pta. The gun was never cooperative for me, so many shots to the outer edges of the aiming circle. I have better rng with the 268/4
Do we still care about how many credits we make? I get into games and could care less about buying consumables at half price or not making any credits in the game. If you divide your time between premium tanks and standard tanks you can still come up net positive. I'm low on credits but still, carry around 50 mils With all the changes or should I say all the stupidity that WG is putting into the game I do believe making matchmaker 1 up and 1 down will still make the game playable. I have been playing since beta and find it arm-breaking to get on and play games anymore.

As a person who plays Blitz and War Thunder, I can confirm that Leopard ammo rack gives better protection than the actual armor itself
If WG put in the combined equipment I feel like that's certifying that they're letting the game die. I've been playing on and off for 8 years and rly hope they don't add that in.
I don t have the Leo line finished yet, but i do enjoy t55a gun s handling. I like kpz50 too but is not so accurate for me.

Tier 9 tanks are absolute jewels and there are many thay I love way more than their tier 10 counterparts.
The Leopard PT, the Centurion 7/1, the T-54, the Obj. 704, the T-10 and the AMX 13 90 are prime examples of this imo.
I would add Standard B, M46 Patton, Obj. 263, TNH Vz. 51, Skoda T 50, E 50, Tortoise, AMX M4 51 (up until the most recent patch), BatChat 25t AP, Ru 251 and IS-3-2 in the list of vehicles that felt way better to play compared to their Tier 10 counterparts.

My bond equipment are on my tiger II. Because why not. It is a beast of a heavy at tier VIII.
Heck, I have some bond equipment on tier 8 tanks. I have the PTA, but since i'm a mostly free to play player, just didn't want to start grinding from the bottom on another tank. Maybe someday.
It's my favorite tank in the game. I got the same bond equipment on my main account on my PT A as the primary setup. On my alt, I have two bond peaces and one improved peace of the equipment.
Tier IX is so much better it ain't even funny. Tier X games are the joke. I was trying to get field mods on my Centurion AX yesterday and MoE on my Lion. I got simply crazy playing it despite my good performance in a few games. Took Tier IX tanks after it, and every game was a dream.
My favorite tanks in the game are PT A, Kpz50t, Char Furur 4, Cobra, Concept 1B, and used to be Standard B.
Concept 1B with turbo is just a dream. You can get into a fight early and use positions that give you hull down. It feels like medium to drive while it has awesome armor for what it is. With a bit more DPM, it would feel like a goid Tier X heavy with standard equipment.
I love all my tier 9 tanks more then any tier 10 mate!! my favorite tiers are 6, 7 and 9!

Unless it’s just a good tech tree tank, you can’t have fun in world of tanks unless your playing tier X or a premium tank.
Oh gods, no! The ammo rack definitely is not an additional form of protection on any tank. And Leopard 1 was made back in the day before the ammunition started to be put in a separate compartment with blast panels. The hull ammo rack is actually one of the greatest weak points on current Leopard 2s and it definitely was on all Leopard 1 variants.

What equipment should I put on obj 140....I just got it and it's my 2nd tier 10 tank in the game.
Probably vert stab, gun rammer and optics: It's primary advantages are its dpm and its mobile combat capabilities, so you want to maximize those as much as possible (also watch out for your ammo rack)

I always get heavy tier 10 games in my tier 9 tanks. 9 out of 10 games will be mostly tier 10
Im working my way up the Leo tree right now. I just got the STB-1 and what a disappointment that tank is. I was so excited to play it and now it just sits in my garage.

For me personally it's not only the Leo PTA, but the Leo 1, the Indien Panzer, the Kunze Panzer, the Kpz 50t and the Mutz. They're all lovely vehicles and my favourites. Only need the Kpz 07 RH to complete my Collection now :D
For sure, the Kunze is amazing, so good once u have mastered it, Combination of amazing DPM and Good Camo for a Medium, Good pen and decent DMG

Tbh I love my T30 it's probably is or close my highest amount of my battles I have played in and it has the most experience crew on my account with at least 4 skills on all of them except the commander which has 5 skills

I can totally agree that while i love my e100, the e75 has a special place in my heart.
I couldn't make the e75 work for me but the tiger 2 was the best teir 8 experience I had. Only tank I 3 marked.

... and today bought the Patton 46, but still need to get enough freeXP in order to fully upgrade all components before playing (Patton 48 is Top of the Tree on NA at this time). I expect to have fun in that thing just as much as the others. I rarely play T10, as it would seem that T3 players find their way into T10 MM... lemming trains, the most basic of Muppet moves, etc. Absolutely no fun at all.
QB, what is that magic you do at 9:29 ? I mean, I hope it is you that are doing it, and not the guy playing. I'm talking about the map and the hit point view. Is that a new replay thing?
You mean the hitpoint circles around the players on the map? That's not illegal, it shows the hitpoints of the vehicles when last spotted. I have it, part of Aslains mod pack.

My favorites are when you shoot a 265 Pen round at a progetto 46 in the side and you get a "armor not hit"! Really? Not even track hit. Also when a 100 pen HE round hits a EBR or ELC for 0 damage. How does that work exactly?
