As I think, you have given information very clearly. One thing, that I want to point out that residential property can be purchased either before one year or after two years of the date of sale of property. Also profit deposited in capital gain account should be utilised before the two years.

Kuch % allow karni chahiya without tax or baaki investment ka provision hona chahiya. 8 + 8 = 16% + cess to sale purchase may pehaly hi lay lati hai. or kitna???
