I got the understanding for the first time of confessing your faults one to another. I never knew that we should confess our faults to one another ( meaning before you even commit the act you should be receiving counsel to fight off that sin) rather than sinning and then going to TMH later. No! we should feel the urge to SPA, and talk to our righteous brothers and sisters that way we don’t fall into that sin. But if we do fall as it says in (1 John 1:8-9 and 1 John 2:1) we need to confess our sins to TMH and have a broken and contrite spirit that TMH may be merciful unto us and grant us the strength to overcome our sins and not be overcome by them. So that way when our trial is presented to us the next time we may put forth righteous actions! :)
