Apparently, it was available due to imports from where you purchased it. I am sure the packaging you received was in Japanese, hence not really meant to be sold here. Man japan is a pretty cool country like in America we get that much splatoon merchandise like we only get amiibos and that’s it where are the shirts all we get is noting
