That's the reason the section here about his life has nothing new to offer, but talks about cinema & society offers lot of good. Your understanding about cinema & society helped bring out great conversation. It did impress me. 👍

Still there is no guarantee that mother in law and sister in law won't kill my daughter because they thought dowry was not enough.

Nikhil ji, you are asking wonderful questions to Javedji. This shows that you have done a lot of research on both modern angry man and a modern woman. I wish you continue to have such deep conversations with more young men and older men, because that way, men's insecurities diminish and they are ready to share the space with women in the world... Films like Animal or Kabir Singh are here, because of their insecurities and challenges they face in their daily lives with women..... Because they see women on the other side, are entrepreneurs, accountants, doctors, even under their burqas or ghunghats! They share a Shark Tank seats, ready with numbers and investments... Pls continue such conversations. If you have not done enough justice, then pls call your guests again like Naseerji, Anupam Kherji, Gulzarji, Bachhanji, etc and ask them again on your points.

Also Javed saahab saying that he regrets not writing a women centric movie and praising Zoya's movies for authentically representing the modern woman - kudos!! Nikhil, such a wonderful interview.
