My friend used to race 500 motocross in the UK when these where new bikes and we would strip them new from the crate and know where to weld plates as these engines vibrate like hell, also lugs for a sump plate to protect the frame rails as they where a weak point and make a larger tank for sand races as none where available unless from Holland. The bike felt so tight and handled so much better.
Hey mate, what amperage and filler rod did you use for your JT works gusset kit, or any other tips you could throw my way when tig welding my kit in (im about to do mine on my 2001 KX500)? Cheers
